I worked with Cindy this year to review my home and auto insurance. I've never experience this high level of customer service. Cindy went above and beyond anything I could imagine.It would have been easy for her to get some quotes, present them to me, and have me pick the provider I wanted to go with. However, Cindy discovered that one of my previous insurers, from 10 years ago, hadn't uploaded my records, so there was a break in my car insurance history, and my rates reflected that. She worked incredibly hard to get this gap filled, and secured me the best possible rates. This hard work and attention to detail not only helped me for this year, but for my rates going forward.Will absolutely work with Cindy again.

Avoid!Not all of their employees are licensed insurance agents.Additionally, some of the underwriters with whom they represent, such as Group One insurance, are not members of the General Insurance OmbudService.This makes it very difficult to settle disputes.
