My wife had a booked appointment for blood work but was told she wasn’t on their system and they couldn’t help. She had received a confirmation email and showed them. They were rude and very unhelpful and eventually did the work but remained unpleasant and did not admit they had a problem with their system. We will never go there again

This is an appointment-only lab with 3 employees. My appointment was 9:40am (2021-12-04). Waited 20 min to be called to register. Then I was sent to a cubicle (4x5ft). Sat there and watched one woman walked into the cubicle next to me. She was attended to. After she left another woman came in that cubicle and was attended to. Now it was 10:10am. I have claustrophobia. I stood up and saw two employees talking in the staff room. I got their attention. The one who came to work on me said “I was having my break. I deserve it”. So its two on break and only one was working ? I left the lab at 10:20am. I just wonder what’s the purpose of online booking? I thought by booking - I’ll be in out in a flash and do not need stay in a small room with possible ‘sick’ people. Also some may not be vaccinated. The lab should eliminate the time the clients stayed in their lab.

No privacy for patients checking in... Reception staff LOUDLY confirms your address/phone number/ other personal details. They did it for me and for patients after me. I was able to listen to other patients phone numbers and home addresses while waiting.

I had an appointment and waited for an hour and 15 minutes passed my missed appointment. People were skipping the queue left and right and the employees didn’t care. The Filipino nurse with blond highlights printed out my requisition double sided then blamed me for the double sided printing. I do not as a patient control the offices printer settings. Then she told me she couldn’t read the form and that I had too many tests so that I had to pick a few and that she wouldn’t do the rest. Huh? She then tried to charge me for covered tests. She also kept loudly asking me if I was pregnant. Then she walked away and avoided me and took blood from over 6 walkin randoms without appointments who were all white men while my name flashed on the screen as the next patient. They seem to have hired random belligerent people off the street who can’t read a form to take blood here. Serious staff issues at the office!

I've been coming to this location for over 6 years and the service is always excellent. The nurses are all very nice and efficient. I am so grateful for your work, thank you!

Super fast, efficient and patient front staff and technician in the back! Booked an appointment in advance, came on a very quiet tuesday morning and the entire process took 10 minutes from check in to leaving. not too hard to find street parking. definitely book in advance and go on a quiet weekday if you can!! totally worth it

I was quite nervous coming here since it was my first time and there were so many terrible reviews. My experience was actually really pleasant. All the staff were really nice, the place was really clean, and it had AC. I didn't mind the wait time as I was expecting the wait. The technician even chose a smaller needle because she knew I was my first time.

Overdue review from December 2020 - My only complaint is that the waiting time was quite long even though I used the SaveMySpot application. I don't know if this has improved.At the lab, the nurse was very nice to me. After my blood samples were taken, I became very nauseous after fasting for many hours. She encouraged me take my time, rest my head and drink water. I appreciated that she gave me 5 minutes to recuperate even though the office was crazy busy. They care very much about their patients.

I always had a great experience here. The staff has always treated me kindly and are knowledgeable. The wait times can be long but that is common for all labs and can be prevented by making an online appointment.

My sister required a blood test we were 5min early for an appointment they took her name and asked her to take a seat. 30min later we find out she was never checked in. It’s now been 46min and we still haven’t seen a nurse. Avoid this place they are so unorganized. The receptionist seems like she has no idea what she’s doing.The nurse however was nice.
