Always have the best of experiences here. Love love the garden centre. This time was not the case. Shopping with my grandson and we come upon 2 metal bins of ty beanie babies and squshmallows. Price is clearly marked as 6.99. Grandson finds a ty sloth with sequins on it ..the flippable ones.. and is so excited. I double check because there is no price on the units and the price says 12.99 online but shows a completely different line of ty beanies and the app says the store has none in stock. I take photos and go up to customer service. I explain it all to the cashier and she scans it and tells me that it's 12.99. I ask for the 6.99 to be honored. She says no. I ask to speak to a manager. She says that she is a manager and tells me it's 12.99. I explain it again showing that the app shows a different product and isnt in stock. She says no we dont have any. I tell according to the app they do. She says they're supposed to be in aisle 53 someone moved it. Well I don't know how they can have none AND it can live in aisle 53 but whatever. I told her she could keep it. I was not impressed at how sparky she was being. I went back to that aisle after and there were only huge bears no other stuffed animals. By the time we were done our bill was over 800.00 between a sprayer my husband wanted, toys and the garden centre. I didn't appreciate the intimation that I moved this toy or the attitude received for the whole experience. Sorry I cannot provide her name she wasn't wearing a name tag. I wonder why that might be. Hmm. I guess I will be looking for other stores to shop at. This one doesn't appreciate our patronage.

My husband is in a wheelchair. This store is very congested and not up to AODA standards.

A good store with friendly and helpful staff!

The staff has always been kind and polite. Well maintained. They allow your dog in the store which is nice! Pretty decent inventory for a small store.

We got paint matched here yesterday with Jen B.Absolutely freaking amazing experience. She helped us get the right" type of paint to match our old type. Than matched the colorI seriously didn't expect to get what we needed at CT

Propane tank rip off.All in all this us a good store, however I was looking for a NEW propane tank and I'm wise enough to know they are all date stamped and know good for ten years. Shopping their I found they were ALL out if date some dates as old as Feb 2021, and some from March 2022.I was shocked they were betraying their customers trust by ripping them off a year or two.I then asked a supervisor about a discount but was told no. She told me that is what we are shipped so that is what we sell.It's sad they would break the trust of their customers. I guess the old adage if buyer beware" holds true even at CT."

Best experience ever. Lisa and Sally are the nicest people ever and have your best interest in heart. The mechanics are honest and efficient. Jacques and Marcel work amazingly and always help me out. I definitely recommend them they not only give you great prices and good work they give you such an amazing customer experience.

I called to check stock on a item and the girl on the phone was very rude they had the item but I will not buy it from them because of her being rude. I will order from Amazon and it's cheaper and will have it next day....try to shop at local stores but if they are going to be rude I'm more then happy to take my business elsewhere.

Helpful staff and the app almost always matches up to the stock and someone can usually find it if not right on the floor.
