Nevi's Embroidery

Worst experience ever in this shop. We gave the owner a week to print in couple shirts and hat. I came back, work wasn't done, she didn't start at all. She wants more time. I asked for refund it's ok I don't want to write on the shirt anymore. She said no refund. She is the owner, and imagine how gready is she by saying that. Paid $213, guess what. She didn't get the job done. And she didn't refund. I won't recommend this place even to my enemy.

I have used Nevi’s in the past and they have provided quick printing, at a high cost, with an unwelcoming attitude. I have accepted that this is their brand.This last visit I was met with extremely poor service again, but also poor quality printing. The shirts came out blurry and the owner Nevi refused to even have a conversation about it and hung up the phone on me when I asked how we can resolve it.The same digital art file was used as in the past but the logo gave you double vision when printed.If you enjoy a business grumping at you, providing a poor quality product at a high price, then this is where you will want to visit.Total cost of this experience:$60 shirts + $100 printing = an unwearable product.

Good price for custom embroidery, fast timeline, missing one star because my shirt was white and I did notice some spots on the shirt after, possibly from the machine when doing embroidery?...I hope they will wash out (it was a gift...so couldn't do it myself) they were very small so minor but noticable for me.

I *used to* get shirts for my business done here. Unfortunately, the quality is very hit and miss. Sometimes they do great, other times the logos aren't straight and the shirts are stretched and distorted. Pricing is fair. Unfortunately, due to unpredictable quality I have gone elsewhere for my embroidery.

Drove from out of town on 2 occasions to get items embroidered. Not much choice when living in a small town and everyone closes at 5 so was delighted to see they are open until 9. They were so busy last night they werent sure they could get both belts done. I said ok as long as I get the 1 done for sure I can come back for the other one on Wed night. Came back just before close and to our delight both belts were embroided and looked great. Thanks so much and will definitely come again.

Ordered a couple hoodies and shirts from them for my business. The logo came out really good. I do think they could provide much better customer service however

I came in on Thursday to get a graduation sash done for my little brother, as he graduates highschool, I talked to the lovely lady who I assume was Nevi that was there to add a picture of my late dad I had with grad 2023 on it, along with a quote my dad use to say to all of us that stood with us. She was very understanding and was willing to customize it for me besides the orders they had in the short time frame I gave her. My boyfriend came to pick it up at the exact time she said it would be ready, no issues at all. When he showed it to me I literally was brought to tears of a wonderful job they did. Especially on the picture embroidered of my father. If my father was here, he would be happy to see this, very good customer service here. I will be coming back for any embroidery customization needed and prints. Thank you so much for this wonderful job ❤️.

First of all, I don’t really write customer reviews. It is because I personally don’t expect every other person in this world are going to treat you nice. But I am forced to write this review because I really felt this place treated me with total disrespect and never valued my business.It all started a couple of months back. I had to make a few hundred caps and that many Tee shirts as part of my college alumni meet. I had to get a specific color cap and Tee shirts custom embroidered with our college logo.(color- Green, trucker cap, emailed the logo and cap specifications to the boy who I presume does computer graphics, as per his request. This boy has a big attitude problem, not only to me but to the owner lady as well. I noticed this from the way he was talking to the owner and me as well. He ought to be more polite and welcoming. If you don’t like the job you are doing, you need to quit and find a job you love to do. Just a honest suggestion!). As I was doing it for the group, I had to first see a prototype before placing a full order. The owner lady, (the blonde with the curly hair) was so unorganized, never showed any interest at first. I let her knew why I was at her shop, and as per her request placed the order for the cap, which she told she had to do a special order. I paid the money, got my receipt, and gave her my contact number to call me when the cap arrives. I was expecting the call, and today I made a visit to know what was happening, and when I gave her the order receipt she had no clue and asked me what did I order, and not to mention she did not get my stuff ordered. I asked, why did I order something with you, if you can’t make out from your own receipt. For that she said very bluntly “You can get the money you paid!”. I asked how are they going to compensate for the lost opportunity and time, for that she told me, “You are rude”. At this point I requested my refund and left the shop. This is sort of the best “Customer Service” I received! I highly doubt the so called review comments by other people praising about the customer service of this place. It’s all fake or it it’s scripted by the shop owner itself.The only polite person I met there is the Asian girl who was really trying to help me, since she felt this owner lady is acting rude and with disrespect.So dear future patrons, please be aware of the sort of behavior you are going to expect from this business. This shop shouldn’t be in business in my opinion. There is a scope for another custom embroidery place in West Edmonton. So whoever wants to start one, you will make good business.Btw, the one ⭐️ is mandatory to get a chance to write this review. They don’t deserve any ⭐️ for the service and the experience I received from this place.

Nevi’s Embroidery was a pleasure to deal with. We had custom scrubs made for the clinic, the design and high quality embroidery really stand out! Great staff, Great product, will recommend in the future. Thank you!
