Not a tele-health experience. It is a in-person experience for the patient, apparently a tele-health for the GP. Just spent well over an hour dialing in attempting to reach anyone, only to be told AFTER they closed, when it switched over to the pharmacy, that it is not a true telemedicine scenario but a situation where only the GP is by PC or phone. What a complete waste of time when there are so many other applications that will see you instead. This should be renamed and described on their web-site so those more familiar with Telemedicine do not go through the same ordeal and waste so much time.

Get there at 10 and wasn't seen until 1230. The nurse was late also.

You are better off going to hospital emergency. Wait time may be longer, but it worth it

This place is a lifesaver! I regret not having found out about it sooner. We have drove from Morrisburg twice to use this clinic because our family doctor is nearly impossible to see. They have weekend hours and so convenient to be right in the pharmacy. Both times we were seen within an hour.

Fatima, thank you for being so flexible and seeing my daughter a little past the check in deadline. It is so greatly appreciated not to have to bog down our emergency system to get antibiotic. Always have a great experience coming here. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I had my travel consultation to go to Senegal with Bryan. He really took the time to talk to me about averything you would need to know and recommended me vaccines and medication that he thought were best, without overprescribing me.

Feeling prepared as far as needed vaccinations before we travel, what we need to bring to our travel destination, trusted local clinics in our destination, and what we need to do in case of an emergency. I recommend making an appointment before you travel.
