Wonderful doctor. Every time we have gone to see him, he has taken the time to properly assess our son and to explain/ease our worries. He is a kind, caring and knowledgeable pediatrician. We are very happy with his services to date.

Horrible customer service. Receptionist never pick up the calls and takes forever to reply back.Very disappointed.

Horrible doctor, took my son as he had bone infection and the dr never even heard about it. Staff is even worst , rude , don't reply to calls and completely nonprofessional

Great Doctor, he listens and shows he cares for the kids. No hassles, when I call , I can usually get in the same day.

I am so happy I met him, I've switched 3 times to a new Pediatrician and I could not be happier that I met him and he has taken my daughter as a patient.He's so nice and actually listens to your concerns as a parent.I'm so so so happy!

Dr. Khalefih is a fantastic Dr. We have had both our kids with him since their birth and could not be happier. Have friends who also brought their kids to him and raved about how he was able to diagnose something for their child that other Doctors had missed. highly recommend.

I wish i could give this place a negative star....my child was born in 2019 due to Corona she was not exposed to many people including family. It would be considered normal for a one year old to be terrified of a man she has never seen before. My daughter would scream and cry, to the point that this doctor thought it best to throw her toy across the room. Regardless of the fact that this was the one toy my daughter loves....he had no right to throw this toy across the room. He did not apologize for his actions. My husband and I were shocked to the point we didn't even register what he had done until we reached the car... WE both agreed it was uncalled for. For someone whos profession is dealing with babies/toddlers.... you think he would have some understanding.Fast forward a year, i have consulted with him again. He prescribed a medication which is over the counter. His reception team forward the prescription to my email. All that they needed to say was this was over the counter medicine....nothing of the sort mentioned on phone or email. I went to the pharmacy they told me it has to be faxed. Finally they respond and told me it has been faxed. I call the pharmacy to check if its ready since its been almost 3 hours. they have yet to receive it. Also asked a question in the email that was completely ignored, several times.very unprofessional. i cant even find another pediatrician that's accepting new patients....

Horrible customer service by the receptionist. When I called 2.5 weeks ago, she said she had just figured doc wasn't coming in since it's the holiday and she said she would get back to me for appointment date and time. She never did. I called again to ask if doc was still accepting new patients and even before she asked how old was my child, she was demeaning, dismissive and had derogatory remarks. When I said baby is a newborn she said ok doc accepts newborn babies. She took my info and said I'll get a call today between 10-12 but haven't received any calls. Not reliable. Can't say anything about doc because I never spoke to him or met him but can't trust them with my baby when they can't even do simple office work and has bad customer services.

A great doctor, very attentive and helpful. Very nice office and staff. He takes care of our 4 kids. All the helping staff and nurses are very helpful and compassionate. Doctor spends as much time as needed to address the issues and concerns. We will never change unless we move away.
