Dealing with plumbing leaks and problems are never fun, but James from Drain Flow made the detection, repair, and replacement as painless as possible!He treated our property as he would his own. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. His Communication with us was superb!! He showed up when he said he would and on time (even on the weekend) and kept us in the loop and up-to-date every step of the way!He is honest, trustworthy and reliable!We highly recommend James for any and all of your plumbing needs!

Called on a Sunday, after describing problem was there within the hour to see how they could help. Took the time to describe what needed to be done and quickly completed the work. Very professional and extremely nice to deal with. This is the company we would contact again if services needed.

I feel the same as all the 5 Star" reviews made by previous customers of Drainflow. James repaired the storm drain outlet and sump in my back yard and also a crack in the foundation wall at the front entrance to my home. I appreciated that an estimate and work plan was provided beforehand and also that he took the time to show and update me as the job progressed. His rates are reasonable and James is a professional and personable guy you can trust. I was especially impressed not only with the great job

If I could give 6 stars to Drainflow I would! Amazing and professional service today! We had downstairs a flood caused by iron oxide buildup in our foundation drain. James was amazing, he is both polite and professional and fixed our flood. I will absolutly be recommending James and Drainflow to any who may need them.

James was quick to fit me in when my main sewer drain was backing up. He kept my informed as to what was going on, solved the issue quickly, and the cost was fair. Contacting trades people has always been something I've avoided whenever possible given a long history of poor experiences. Drain Flow is definitely an exception, and will be an easy call in the future.

I was in a bind on this Friday afternoon when the drainage line to my septic tank backed up. Thankfully, James was able to come to the rescue!He showed up within an hour, explained the issue clearly, and resolved it very quickly at a very reasonable cost -- a huge relief going into the weekend. Great job, James!

James was awesome!! He efficiently cleared our perimeter drains while also identifying leak in the plumbing of our exterior wall that we weren't aware of. James also does a great job of explaining things as he moves along so you know what is going on. Great service at a fair price.

James was over at our house originally to fix our a perimeter drain clog. He was finished within the hour and it was unclogged. Then James came inside to help with a water leak in one of our bathrooms. James was quickly able to figure out where the leak was coming from and fix the leak. Not only did James provide us with excellent work, he was exceedingly kind, explained everything professionally, and was affordable. I hope I don't have to call James any time soon, but if I have to I know that we're in good hands.
