I called them more than 5 times. They promised me to come check our trees but they never came. ZERO star if I had the choice.

Hello,Excellent news: Your search is officially over !If you are looking for the DREAM TEAM for a beloved tree that you have no choice to cut down, Hometree is definitely the company you should call.According to the forest engineer they recommended to ensure it was the right decision, my Old Faithful was 70 years old/70cm diameter, and in great danger of collapsing on the house. The report he produced allowed me to get a permit within less than an hour. The work was completed in two days, the wood picked up by a recycling company on the third day, a Saturday ! The perfect combination of synchronicity and efficiency in a timely manner, for which I am grateful.Hometree was also the definition of empathy (of course I miss my tree), customer service (above and beyond), courtesy and an attention to detail that led them to leave the site as humanly spotless as possible.I highly recommend them.Thank you Dominic, Anthony and Mr. Strong silent type whose name I don't know...

Oh my goodness!I wish everyone was as warm, considerate, effective and thorough as these folks are. They did a great job trimming a huge fragile tree for us. They were so thorough that they came and went and the occupants of the house didn't even notice until, we all looked at the tree and saw the excellent work that they had done.We highly recommend them!

While at some points I did have to wait for a response due to high volume, when the job was done they did great work. Very nice team.
