Normally a smooth well run operation. Well today is the exception. Nothing specific to complain about but I've been here about 3.5 hours longer than normal. When you are picking up air cargo you need to be prepared for delays.

I drop shipments there for my company sometimes. The wait times are ridiculous, they take their sweet time like no one is there waiting for them to call your number. Most of them just like to spend time talking to one another while you're waiting. I gave 3 stars because some of them actually work to get everyone on there way, the pickup section is very quick once they finish with someone and get the paperwork ready they call the next person, the drop off section once they're finished with someone they'll go have a conversation with another employee, so frustrating!

Could do better with online and credit card payment options. Unless shippers/receivers have prearranged credit terms someone has to appear in person to pay handling/terminal charges with a credit/debit card. Are we stuck in the 90’s? Consider an option such as PayCargo.

Quick and fast service. Very polite and patient staff from the booking side to the logistics center. Pricey sometimes, but the convenience outweighs everything else.

Dealing with for 20years but the last 3 years have been terrible, live cargo left/“lost” in warehouse, delayed, 2-3* hours just to look for it… live animal should mean something but not to these current workers… no one actually wants to do their job it seems and unions protect em, now not even offering a bathroom through these delays lol like cmon do better!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Luggage didn’t follow me to the airport. Not a connecting flight.Travelled Montreal-Cairo on different airline. AC not only sent my luggage to Cairo but credited me for my original cost.That’s above and beyond.Thanks guys, made my stay much more enjoyable.
