Très mauvais service , il me doivent un mois payé en trop et ne sont pas capable de me rembourser .. très ordinaire et accueil très peu chaleureux ! Surtout que je suis cliente depuis 5 ans ! Une honte !

On m’a vendu un produit défectueux et très certainement usagé. Le Wifi ne se connectait pas et le téléphone prenait les données à distance, gonflant de façon catastrophique ma facture! J’ai appelé le service client et on m’a traité avec mépris et misogynie. J’ai envoyé le produit au fabricant mais c’est là que j’ai réalisé que le téléphone était usagé parce que quelqu’un l’avait échappé dans l’eau. Ce n’était pas nous. J’ai dû utiliser ma garantie mais j’étais furieuse d’avoir été traité de cette façon après 11 ans de fidélité à Virgin.

Horrible customer service I got today, the guy has a terrible attitude like what ever, he said literally to me 'figure it out in the application bye. They weren't even busy.In the other hand the competition was alot friendly than them so I am going with them."

Awful, unfriendly and very incompentent customer service, very long waiting times even for small services are really long and they charge you much more in the end that they tell you in the beginning
