Ordered 3 items from EliteTools. Arrived in excellent condition exactly 5 days later. The response to an email I sent came in 35 minutes later. This was my first purchase via their website and they have earned my repeat business. Great selection, great prices and a small Canadian business. I am happy to support them. Placed the order and few weeks later emailed them to find out status and was told that item is sold out and I need to wait for 6 weeks. They should either not to sell sold out items or notify customers about delay. 2 stars only because I got my money back. Did not even apologized

Very unprofessional business. This business lacks basic business integrity. I found an Item listed on their website for $14.30 ( glue and a brush combo). When I called to make sure they had the correct amount in stock, I had asked why does the glue by itself cost more than the combo? I was put on hold for several minutes to go discus the price with the boss" and have it changed instantly to 18.99. I have asked if they would at least honor the price for the 9 units I had found and the answer was a hard no. I feel bad for small and local businesses failing due the lack of basic knowledge of running a successful business. I know I am going to order large quantity of this product and find a better seller than this. Stay away from cheap business like these guys and spend your money with some more deserving."

They offered me a very good price and the staff are awesome and very helpful.I wish i had found this place sooner. I had waisted time and money on cheap tools before.

Did not have a great experience. Ordered something that was in stock. 7 days later there was still no update or communicate. Emailed them only to find out the item was not in stock and their inventory is incorrect (reoccurring theme in the comments). Estimated delivery was 4-5 weeks". Decided to buy the item elsewhere.Giving it a 2 star review because at least they were easy to deal with to cancel the order and refund me."

I usually buy stuff from my supplier for my shop, but they out of stock, check other shop, no one carry it. Finally find elite tool. Placed an order, wait EIGHT DAYS for shipping. The package arrived with a extremely bad condition, is like living through a war. When I open it, I can feel someone open it before and re-seal it. Checked the tool it-self, plastic bag not covering the tool, with some dirty dented hard board, and looks used. When I check the label, it shows manufactured in 2019…… I don’t know if that’s customer’s returned or it is a RMA unit. I can’t return it cause I can’t find anyone who has it, and I need it badly, no other choice. Luckily the tools has no issue until now.It’s my first time shopping with elite tool and it is my last time. I just don’t know how should I feel when I pay full price with this “open box” tool.DONT BUY FROM THEM.

On March 3rd I had placed an order and thought they had a Toronto location so I chose the option to pick up in store, later I found out the pick up option was in Quebec, so I called them and they were very quick in responding and cancelled the order and refunded me immediately. Leaving me very pleased with their customer service. BUTThen I reordered what I needed and chose the shipping option, which was on March 4th. I did not hear from them at all about my order, so on March 10th I gave them a call to see what was going on, the lady that had answered my call said 2 items are on backorder so I had 2 options:Option 1: They ship whats in stock, and then once the remainder of the items comes in they will ship it.Option 2: They will ship whats in stock, and refund me for the 2 items in stock.I told her I will go with option 2, and requested for her to send me an email that I am being refunded for my 2 items. I did not receive any email from them, and later in the day I get an email saying my order shipped with all items. So I thought maybe they received some stock and it was all shipped. I received the package on March 12th, and the 2 items that were back ordered were not in the box. So on March 12th I emailed them to see whats going on, it is now March 17th and I have not heard back from them. Sent them a follow up email today, and I am waiting.

I ordered a set square as a holiday gift online, it ended up being sold out and put on back order. The staff at Elite Tools were really kind to contact me and let me know right away. They were very responsive over email and kindly allowed me to cancel my order. Even though I didn't end up buying the gift from them, I'm very pleased with the service experience and would shop here again the next time I have tools to buy!
