I was very satisfied with the service . The salesman was very understanding and so was the staff. There was a little problem but they were able to adjust it and I'm very happy for that. I would recommend solution mazda because they want their customers to be satisfied and I would give a 5 star for that

Very good service and friendly staff. I originally went to canadian tire chateaguay and they told me I had 2 oil leaks and repairs would be 1200$, instead of fixing it there I drove over to solution mazda where they found the leak and had everything fixed for little over 400$ not to mention they drive you to where you need to go and pick you back up! Great service.

Recently came by for the seasonal checks and tire swaps; my appointment hadn’t been fully set in their system when I’d taken it, two weeks prior, but we quickly worked something out. This simultaneously avoided having to wait all day or for another two weeks to get my car taken care of. Thanks for the great service!! =]

Was having an issue with my car, and another dealership was trying to convince me it was my brakes when it wasn't. I was recommended to see Jean-Marie at this mazda dealership in Châteauguay. Honestly, he took the time to hear what issue I was having, to do the proper inspection and give me a proper diagnosis of what the real problem was. I really appreciated this honest and good job that was done on my car. Thank you!
