Impressed by the exceptional service and quality of work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Bill is a great guy! Since we moved to Niagara Region a year ago he’s been cutting my son and husband’s hair. I met Bill during the renovation, while the shop was closed. I was first disappointed because my son needed to cut his hair that day due to an event coming up.We saw him at the front , and he introduced himself. He helped cut my son’s hair at the back of the salon that day. It was a relief for me because I didn’t have the energy of looking for another barber shop since we were new in the neighbourhood.From that day, when I reach out to him that we are coming he’s always available for us, even if he’s busy.Also , the people at the salon are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable.

Ziggy is amazing!! He took us last minute and gave my son a hair cut. It is honestly the best hair cut he has ever had. Ziggy really goes above and beyond!! We will be back!

By far, the best experience I have ever had in a barbershop. I was taken as a walk in and the cut I received was thorough and you can tell the barber had a lot of experience will definitely be coming back for future haircuts!

Great service! Ziggy is professional and pays great attention to detail. As a female, it's usually intimidating for me to walk into a barber shop but he took his time and gave me exactly what I asked for. I'll definitely be back.

Javi was our barber for my 2 boys and he did an amazing job. So patience and took his precious time. Really recommend this place. Great customer service from all the barbers at this location.

I would advise against visiting this place. The individual who trimmed my hair lacked the necessary skills to give a proper haircut. Their technique was overly rough, and at one point, I even feared the comb would scrape my skin. Moreover, my neck felt a burning sensation for at least a day after the harsh treatment with a sharp razor.Additionally, the interior of the establishment was far from impressive, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot despite the presence of air conditioning. The room temperature was around 83 degrees Fahrenheit. Furthermore, parking options were nonexistent. Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that they do not offer hair washing services, which was something I had hoped for.Note: While doing my hair cut I saw other barbers were polite especially Bill. AND THEY DONT ACCEPT CARD SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CASH WITH YOU

Great shop clean ,and also very welcoming.the barber in the first chair squeeze my son in without an appointment.i am very grateful and love my son's hair thank you for the services.
