Bad managing and poor experience i've seen better sadly. I had a firend who worked there and sadly its alwase a drama for the employees having trouble with getting thier pays and getting poorly arranged schedules hop this franchise gets their things together

If you are looking for a mini-meal on a bagel this is your place. Clean and orderly. Good tasting. Reasonably priced. Smiling, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent coffee in a cup large enough to satisfy my need for speed.

This place definitely makes me felt like a non -francophones aren't welcome .I tried my best speaking French and the cashier was making fun of me, talking to her self under her breath ,I ask her to repeat what she said she said nothing them,I asked her if she can talk to me in English and she said we don't speak In English here., her service was very rude and totally unacceptable.

Went through the drive through and picked up a roast beef and cheese sandwich and I found it to be much better than I expected. Even the coffee was good today! Service was very quick and courteous. Really could not have asked for better.

Very, veeeery slow service in the morning, folks! Don't expect to be in and out between 6-7am (week-ends). If service was that slow in other Tim Hortons franchises I know, they would have a pedestrian line-up that rivals habs play-off ticket sales at the bell centre. It's a new location so maybe we need to give them some time to adjust. I'll revesit this review in a few months if things improve.

First thing the coffee they gave me had a strong taste of perfume even if i took off the lid and irs the second time it happened at this place . No more Tim Horton for me .Nespresso in the morning and Starbuck with Mcdo on the road only. Advice the manager once over the phone after the first time. Third time wont happen.

Something is seriously wrong with the coffee, I've had Tim Hortons before and this cold brew tasted like burnt olives. Threw it away after 3 sips even though I waited 15 mins in drive through to get it
