Avoid JD Plumbing. We had them install a heat pump, but the wifi component broke and they ignored our requests for help. We needed parts and were told it would be a week — a month passed and we didn't hear from them. They quoted us an eye-popping $450 for a basic annual maintenance appointment (everyone else charges about $150 for this). When I emailed this year to see if they still charge $450, they opened the email and ignored it. My follow-up email was also opened, but ignored.In short: Broken heat pump, did not fix it, wanted to gouge us, and now isn't even returning our emails.I hate writing bad reviews, especially for local companies, but you should avoid JD Plumbing at all costs.

Jason at JD plumbing is not only a conscientious plumber, he will go the extra mile if need be. We had a new toilet installed, taps replaced, a new dishwasher hooked up and he changed out our hot water tank pressure regulator and he was quick and reasonably priced. He also made 2 house calls while we were out of town to check on our water pressure as our hot water tank had a possible leak. He also came over just to turn the water off to the house because he was concerned the tank could leak. I am so please with his work, his friendly nature and his thoroughness as a plumber. Holly makes appointments and can answer any of your questions. They're a great team and you'll be very pleased with their service. We'll use JD Plumbing and Gas again if need be!

I just converted from gas to a heat-pump, and JD Plumbing installed my new heat-pump and thermostat. I am so impressed with the new system! Jason came on the appointed time and completed the job in the time he said it would take. He was so efficient and professional, and took time to help me understand the system and functioning. And a shout out to Holly of JD Plumbing for instructing me on how to get all the rebates that are available. And if anyone is concerned about the noise of heat-pumps - don't be! This system is so quiet - it purrs! So glad I made this decision and went with JD Plumbing - highly recommended!:)

We had an issue with our fireplace and we are so glad we called JD plumbing and Gas to help us out. They were friendly, on time and a pleasure to deal with. We found their rates very fair and we knew they were just as keen to fix our unit as we were. They didn’t just skip to an expensive part replacement, but attempted the simple fixes first. I trust them completely and would not hesitate to call them again. Shout out to Mike and Jason for all their help!

Replaced my old Oil Furnace to a new Natural Gas furnace. After I called just about everyone place in town I found JD Plumping. Jason was not only professional and prompt on the phone, but he gave me the best quote. I went forward with the service and couldn't be happier. Jeff and Jamie were the crew that installed the project. Jeff was easy to deal with and took my suggestions on how I wanted the cosmetics to hide the new gas lines. I was quoted a 2 day install and by the night of the second day my house was warmer then ever. I wanted a gas fireplace as well, and Jason was able to provide me a great choice that fit my budget.Highly recommend the team for any projects you have.

I needed to get a very old hot water tank replaced and for someone to check over the boiler and make sure it was working well. Jason contacted me right away and that very day sent Jeff and James over to give me an estimate. They had the work completed in a short time. They were respectful, friendly and professional! Great service done by a team of guys who know what they’re doing and do it quickly, efficiently, paying attention to cost and with a smile. Thank you JD!

Jason from JD Plumbing was able to squeeze me into his already-busy day. Communication was great, as he messaged me that he would be a bit late, and continued ongoing communication until the job was complete. He installed my new sinks with ease, and was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

It took a team of professionals from JD Plumbing to install our new gas furnace and heat pump and they were great. Everyone was kind, courteous and they answered all my questions. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job with the installations.I would highly recommend the JD Plumbing team!

Excellent Service but very expensive. I had a clogged bathroom sink and the bill was $397.95. I was prepared for the minimum 2 hour service call rate of $135 per hour but they added in an additional $109 for Call Out Charges" - for travel

We are so grateful for JD Plumbing!Our in-floor, gas-heated-water heating system stopped working recently. I called on Friday morning and Holly fit us in with Jason, that same afternoon, between calls even though they were already fully booked!Sadly a part was needed and all parts stores were closed for the weekend, but first thing today (Monday), I got a text saying they had the part and could come by in four hours time. Jason arrived right on time and his work was both fast and high quality.Jason and Holly were so professional, friendly, timely and accommodating through the whole process - they made it so fast and easy, especially considering I was calling over a weekend.I cannot thank JD Plumbing enough!! Our ice box house is nice and warm again.
