The absolute worst customer service. Went in to buy shoes on the morning of July 12th. Stood in the empty shoe area for 15-20 minutes looking at various shoes (the store was empty) and nobody ever asked if I needed a size, nothing. No wonder there were no customers in the store.

Awful experience. Purchased a smart band, it was defective so I went to return it the next day and was told by the store manager it's final sale because I opened the box and no return is allowed. I have to mail it to the manufacturer (I have to pay for shipping) and they will ATTEMPT to fix it with the warranty it comes with.Spoke to the district manager, they agreed with me and were able to process a full refund within 2 minutes.Terrible, incompetent manager.Shame on you.

Bryan and Andy were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to a pair of skates I recently attended with. With over 40+ years or more of experience with skate repair and excellent customer service I can’t thank them enough for the fantastic service they both provided. 5 stars!! 100% recommend.

Excellent shopping experience at this Sport Chek location. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, dealt with two floor reps and both were a big help. One even recommended where I could go for something that Sport Chek did not have. The employees at this location really made a difference, all smiled and were pleasant to deal with, will definitely return! On top of that got a great deal on fitness tracker that turned out to be even cheaper at the cash. Good job Sport Chek, and to the management at this location your employees should be thanked for helping a customer leave happy. Great way to foster loyalty because I will definitely be shopping here again. :-)

I walked in today late around 8pm looking for a new men’s winter jacket. After some struggling an associate came over to ask if I needed assistance. I agreed and noted what I was looking for. She proceeded to go grab a tablet to help me search for the style I wanted and offered to help with an online order if they did not have stock in store. Although I could not find what I wanted I was still very happy with the excellent customer service provided late on a Friday evening before close.

Horrible customer service while trying to buy shoes. I was told by a employee that he would be with me in a moment. Meanwhile I watched this employee serve multiple other people who came in after. 10mins later another employee finally came and got the shoe size we needed. On our way out that same employee had the nerve to ask if we found every ok. I called him out on what he did and his response was to lie and say it wasn’t him. Needless to say I will never shop at this location again. Only reason that I bought the shoes was cause other locations did not have proper size.

Great service from the staff! Second pair of running shoes I bought from SC during covid. Tried the UA Sonic 3 this time and first run was very good. Lower ride than the Pegasus Zooms and ASICS I run in, but overall surprisingly good. Excellent value.

I just walked out of this store after standing around in the shoe section (with two other women who were also shopping for shoes ) and no one to be found to help us! I walked the entire store and there were only 3ither customers in the store and ONE floor employee who was wasting his time stocking a shelf with water bottles when we needed assistance! Won’t be back.

Great store with amazing stock. Lots of the workers are eager to help us. One girl today looked like she absolutely hated her life. She didn't make me excited to come to sportchek to shop for my new shoes. Didn't come to check up on me in case I wanted to try another size. We left without shoes because of it. I know customer service isn't for everyone but please make a little effort to help out customers.
