Dave at North Shore Road Bike put an excellent custom built Argon 18 together for me over the winter. I delt with him and the shop long distance as I live in Kelowna, but they sourced difficult to find parts quickly, and had good pricing on a few last-season components that really suited my build. Dave was brilliant to deal with and communicated what was happening with my build very well. I never felt in the dark during the buying process, and I was confident that Dave and the shop would deliver my bike as discussed. I would strongly recommend North Shore Road Bike.

It’s often intimidating to walk into high end bike shops but the staff here is incredibly attentive, helpful and unpretentious. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received and looking forward to coming back for future tune ups & maintenance.P.S. if you want to get a professional bike fit Nick is your guy!

North Shore Road Bike is one of my favourite bike shops in the region! The team is fantastic and they have all really been amazing getting me onto my new Kona Libre, from fit to accessories, and bikepacking gear. Great service, friendly, resourceful, and quality bikes and brands! Buddy the dog is pretty awesome too. Shop dogs are a must. Highly recommend this bike shop! Love this shop!

I have been here in multiple occasions and has recommended a number of fellow cyclist to this location. I've been pretty happy with their service and if I'm not wrong Dave he is the owner of the store and he is of great help. I have purchased my carbon wheels and my carbon aero bars here, and possibly a bunch of other accessories as well. I would say pricing is very fair.

I came in intending to buy a bike from another shop and just wanted to see what North Shore Road Bike carried but between the great service and stellar brands ended up buying a bike from here. Zach was very helpful when I came in for the first time and Dave and Nick were phenomenal going forward from there. They were patient with my questions and accommodating with my many requests. I have been in since for small purchases and they have always been great.

Great experience with all the staff at this store. My SL6 came out of a tune up in great shape and really appreciated the advice of bike care on the way out the door. The feeling is they all first and foremost care to give you a great cycling experience over aiming to sell a product or service. Easy 5 stars experience - Thank You NSRB Crew!
