Initio runs an incredible operation. They are very professional, very thorough, and totally focused on the patient. They helped us access an urgent PET SCAN when no other options were available. They are a life-saving organization in the truest sense. A special thanks to Jennifer who went the extra mile by far. They are also admirably focused on keeping procedures like PET SCANS affordable. We highly recommend them!

Hi everyone ,Just wanted to tell about Initio medlab that they have best staff and best customers service at the clinic . Will definitely recommend everyone to go and get their test done if urgent as they provide really great help emotionally , mentally and in after services! Thankyou to Besa who helped us throughout.

Don't believe their website saying staff wears N95 masks and provides themto patients that don't have them. Was just there yesterday and the admin staff was wearing regular mask. One was wearing a k95 that kept falling off of her nose and she constantly kept putting it back up. Waiting roomprovided just paper masks and the seating was far less than 6 ft from next person. Not acceptable, considering any cancer imaging done there is potentially treating severely immunity compromised people!Not impressed considering there website says N95 is required.

This is a marvellous place to get your scan done. It is fast, efficient, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff are so very accommodating. You can get in as soon as you need and scan report comes back extremely quickly! Will go every year! Highly recommend!
