Was told two weeks for a tax return... still waiting 3+ weeks later, they mailed in the old ones instead of electronically filing them, and they will find any little way they can not to do an instant rebate. DONT GO HERE!

Service was embarrassing, it took three people to file my taxes and told me I was getting a much higher amount than I did. Very angry. Terrible service . Will never come back. It took two hours to file.

Great service, this was my first time filing taxes in Canada Imran was very helpful and explained everything to me and made the whole process smoother and handled it in a timely manner

I have filed with H&R for years now. I went to this location and they had no idea what they were doing. A man was waiting 2 hours just for them to figure out how to print a cheque, A CHEQUE THEY SHOULD BE PRINTING EVERY DAY NUMEROUS TIMES !!! Only 3 employees worked there and they all looked rough. Take an extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Hespeler road. PLEASE

Absolutely Useless. I wanted to do my income tax this year for the first time online. Cant find the forms anywhere!!! Been all over Google. I call two H& R block offices. They tell me to come in. I said you're not listening. I want to do it myself!!! They don't call me back. I have to set up an account with H &R . Why? I tried that. Doesn't work. Tried to set up a account. That doesn't work. Why in the hell did they get rid of the good ole paper sheets? I will tell you why. Because they worked, because they made sense. If it is working then get rid of it, kill it. Control everyone so they will have to come to you and pay outrageous prices for 20 minutes of work. And to think I took their course back in 1993 and failed it by 0.5% To hell with H& R block. I'll go elsewhere.

been a customer for 10 years. this year due to the pandemic i had to do a drop off, and was never told how much it would cost to file my taxes while on the phone with them the day before i picked them up. I show up expecting to pay the usual fee the same as every other year for the last 10 years, to find out they have already filed it without my consent, without my signature, and that i owe over $500 in fees for their services...... If i had been told i would be paying almost 4 times what i usually pay during the phone call the DAY BEFORE, i NEVER would have told them to file it and i would have gone somewhere else. The guy then REFUSED to help when we said we didn't have that money. No payment plan offered, cant pay off return, i had to take out a loan to pay it. It felt like i had a gun to my head. I had to pay in full today. I will NEVER go back and will tell ANYONE who asks to never go. In the time of a PANDEMIC when we are all financially hurting, they are ripping people off in the worst way possible. Formal complaints have been filed with the BBB and the regional manager of the branch.
