Friendly and welcoming staff. Order was put together quickly and with care.The only improvement would be the online shopping cart. It isn't exactly like the website, which makes it difficult to find products. Some products are out of stock too, but were available on the website.Overall I'm quite satisfied. Will be back again!

I definitely see the bad reviews for this location. That being said as a person who lives in the are and been in this location many,many times these are my thoughts.Fantastic staff that are always upbeat and super positive. I have always been treated with smiles and very positive attitudes.Great place,clean and inviting.

Really mixed feelings on this place.Most of the staff are nice, and they carry pretty good stock - however, they really do have some shady and questionable policies that were brought to my attention with my latest purchase.I'm a regular customer who has definitely spent his fair share of money at this place at this point. Most recently, I purchased a cigarette roller for use (which is a $5 product). However, upon opening the product, it was already broken and not functional. I tried to bring it back for an exchange for a new one, and was simply told that it is their policy that all accessories are final sale.I found it extremely shady and ridiculous that they could sell me a broken product then tell me they couldn't do anything about it with a straight face on. Was simply redirected to corporate, and told to move on. Real spit in the face for a repeat customer over a $5 product.Buyer beware.

Such mixed feelings about this location. Some staff are absolutely fantastic, actually amazing sales men, but on the other end you have the staff that make you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and asking them a question is like pulling teeth. When buying extracts, they have a great selection but unfortunately the brands they carry supply inconsistent and poorly packaged products.The shop itself is beautiful and organized nicely. Not overly congested and labels are always clear. There also is amazing variety in products.

Garbage customer service. Nothing but attitude from the middle aged Asian man working there. I am asian myself so don't call me racist. I went in to buy some concentrates and he gives me attitude right off the bat because he can't find what I asked for. Then he just says show me" in the rudest way possible

Great staff, great service!Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a dispensary.Had 4 different staff help us over 3 different days. Would definitely go again if I'm ever in town.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly I really appreciated the great customer service from all the staff they are not pushy nor pretentious about the products. Very clean and well laid out space with good range of products I will definitely return!

Two members of staff completely went by me and asked several other customers if they needed help. The in-store app crashed twice on me and wiped my cart.Not a great experience but their selection is great and the store is nice. My cashier was v friendly.

I love the location & selection, naturally, but I keep coming back for the staff!Literally everyone is so sweet & helpful but I had the nicest time chatting with Dani tonight! They are a very kind human who also fetched me the last of something from the display case, right close to closing time :)Cannot recommend enough!!!

Was in a lot of pain from a fractured rib. No over the counter pain med was working. I bought a bottle of CBD Oil immediately took some to relieve my pain. And although it didn't totally take it away, it did take some of it away. Making my commute home from work bearable.
