I had several small plumbing issues that WB plumbing were able to fix them all on the same day I called, quickly and competently. They were able to give recommendations on what more I could to do to prevent issues from happening and and how I could further fix a mold issue. Their pricing was very reasonable and offered different payment options. Thanks guys! Will definitely be calling you with any plumbing issues

WOW! called on a Sunday regarding a backup in my main sewer line. they squeezed me and arrived Monday. their plumber was extremely friendly. provided so much info as we went through the process to sort it out. he ended up being there many, many hours and stayed positive the entire time well into the evening. before leaving he took the time to take a look at another issue i had and provided some good suggestions on how to fix it. in the end they solved a very big problem for us. never felt pressured. made sure i was aware of the costs in advance, didn't push try to upsell me in anyway. I would highly recommend this company.

I’m writing this review while the technician from this company is still at my home. What a difference from the other company we were dealing with, like night and day! We have had excellent customer service that is informative, professional and thorough. Bonus, They were able to investigate our sewer issues very promptly from when I called. I wish we had gone with this company first, it would have saved us a lot of money.

They do great work. Above and beyond what’s required. We had a contractor install a new shower. They installed the jets poorly. Thanks to W&B, we are secure knowing it is now correctly installed.We have used them a few times. Each time they were able to come the next day and resolve our issues. They are punctual and very friendly. Also, they are very reasonable in cost.We appreciate their amazing service!

had them move a pipe for water softer which took them about 20 minutes. also installed new drain on a sink. it took about 15 minutes to change. they were one hour and it cost me $473.47. material were 4 feet of plastic pipe ,one drain kit about $80.00 . now that is what you call high labour rates. service call charge of 49.00 was part of it which i understand but to add that to the bill with that kind of hourly rate.come on!

I used W&B plumbing when putting in a new shower and sink. I was very happy with their workmanship. I had a small issue, and they came right over and fixed it free of charge. They are respectful as they take their shoes off when entering your home. I would definitely use them again. thanks guys for making my life easier.

We hired W&B Plumbing to replace our sewer line and during the repair they admittedly broke our weeping tile. Rather than raising this to our attention they completed the work and backfilled the site leaving us without a functioning weeping tile. The following spring we had massive flood in our basement costing us over $25k and displacing our tenants. Upon contacting them they admitted they should have raised this to our attention and offered us numbers we could call to repair our weeping tile. Contrary to their advice, permits were needed for this type of repair. In hindsight, having their handy-work inspected may have saved us. Thanks W&B Plumbing!

I had a very smelly kitchen sink despite all of my efforts to fix the issue, using home made remedies and chemical products. I highly recommend this company. Wayne answered the phone and assured me that they can come out during a long weekend when no other company in the area would. Adam B., the plumber was on time, drove a nicely wrapped truck, was professionally uniformed , and knowledgeable. He unclogged our sink efficiency, took his time to check the plumbing system in our newly purchased house and explained how it all worked. His pricing was fair, he respected our house, and left the place spotless, He even found a way to save me a little bit of money. I will definitely use W&B Plumbing in the future.

The team at W&B were amazing!! They came out same day for an emergency repair at a rental property. They did not settle until the leak was detected and the blockage cleared. The cost was extremely reasonable, they were very professional, just overall, a great company to deal with! Will definitely use them again next time we need a plumber!
