I had Kyle come by this morning where he did a great job diagnosing and fixing my wiring issue to my AC. I had screwed up somewhere when installing my new thermostat and he was able to figure out exactly where and fix it within minutes. Highly impressed with the service and responsiveness.

Brett and Tino and the guys at NW did a great job for me. They replaced my old inefficient furnace with a brand new, super high efficiency Lennox. Our Hydro bills are WAY lower now. The guys did the job really quickly, brought in drop cloths/tarps to cover my floors, removed the old furnace for me, and were a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend them any day.

It was July 2nd , 2020 and it's been over 30 degrees for a week. Our AC failed and we were desperate. Northwest Ventilation was recommended and I'm so glad we called. Eric and his nephew came to the rescue. They were so kind, informative, professional and solved the issue. We needed a new capacitor. It's a really old AC unit but they had the part with them and it works great! Super heroes!!!! The best. Thank you

In July 2017 this company installed a new A/C unit in my condo. The unit had not been installed properly (drain was plugged) thus causing water leakage under the floor unbenownst to me. The leakage also affected my downstairs neighbour’s ceiling. The water damage has been professionally quoted by my insurance company as requiring $4,600 to repair. This company has not taken responsibility for this damage and has just sloughed it off. This type of business practice is unacceptable and is a form bullying and gaslighting abuse! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I had NorthWest install an air conditioning unit around 6 years ago at my home. The air conditioning unit is still running strong and working great with my Nest Thermostat. I would highly recommend NorthWest Residential Heating and Cooling to anyone looking at getting a residential heating and/or cooling system.
