We are so incredibly grateful for the prompt response and quick appointment (due to some last minute cancelations by other clients.) Kent was friendly, professional and reassuring during the appointment, and set our minds at ease that the mouse situation was caught early and is already under control. I would definitely call on ProTec again if needed, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem.

Our yard was crawling with ants. We called ProTec. The technician came and sprayed the perimeter of the house, our landscape stone, including sidewalk edges. Almost immediately the ants were eliminated. Thank you ProTec!

Our company has been working with ProTec for the past couple of years. We had tried others, who initially were cheaper, but had to treat numerous times and the cost worked out more. Kent at ProTec is very knowledgeable, explained the process and was very thorough in his inspections. Now, we won't call anyone else. Highly recommend Kent.

We just had someone out to help with mice issues on our old farm house. He spotted many areas we would not have noticed and helped us figure out what areas to focus on repairing or sealing up. Both him and the owner were very pleasant and helpful to speak with. I feel like this was a good investment and I wish I hadn't waited so long to get help from a pro. They also helped with some suggestions on keeping our costs down as we live over 2 hours away, which was very appreciated. This place is great and I'd super recommend them so thank you to Michael and Kent!!!

Excellent service. I have used them for a few years now for wasp nests that like to set up in my retaining walls. They've always provided great service. This year when I called, I was in a jam time wise and even though they were super busy, they made it work help me out. I know the wasps will be back next year, and they're the only ones I will call. Appreciate the great service and fair pricing.

I don’t write reviews; it’s just not something I’m interested in. It’s probably been years since I’ve reviewed anything. I’m making an exception because of how great our experience with Protec was and especially Kent. Wow! So knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to take the time to fully answer all our questions. We did get a “free” inspection from another company first (be careful and ask if you will be charged) and have no doubts that Protec is a much better way to go. Highly recommended.

Excellent Company... Have known the owner the better part of my life and his employees are always on time and know exactly what they are looking for. And if I ever have a problem just a phone call away. Although rarely have a problem due to the regular inspections.
