Carlos and his staff are amazing! They have been doing our pool and spa servicing for 3 years now. They have great customer service, they do great work, and they are honest! They have great pricing compared to other pool companies. I would recommend over any other pool company in the city. Carlos is the most personable person I have ever had experience with in the business of pools and spas, he is always willing to provide guidance over the phone for any troubleshooting and will even do anything he can to go out of his way to provide you the proper parts or accessories needed in a repair emergency on very short notice. No better pool and spas company! 5 plus stars!

Carlos and his staff continue to be amazing to work with. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable! Wide range of products to choose from and love the customer service to bring in an item if they don’t have it. Recently Carlos came to our home, measured the hot tub cover and ordered in a new one. Arrived quickly and the whole process was very efficient! Thanks for the great service guys!

I have known Carlos for quite some time and he has always been friendly and reliable. He is very knowledgeable and has always provided me with sound advice. He has helped me out many times with situations with my hot tub and is the person I most trust when it comes to understanding my hot tub and for servicing. Very nice person. Store is always clean, and someone there to always assist.

Got a new above-ground liner from Carlos and his team, including lead (I think) tech Andy. Great service, great problem solving, very well run group. Didn’t cut ANY corners when re-seating the walls back into the base, which had shifted. Also, After an issue that was beyond their control carlos authorized the guys to keep at it at no extra charge to me. Final result is a beautiful new liner.As luck would have it, the day after the liner was complete my pump decided to “die”!! When I described the issue to Carlos he knew exactly what the problem was, told me it could be fixed - by ME in 5 minutes! He saved me the cost of a new pump when I’m sure others would have been happy to sell me something I didn’t actually need.Do yourself a favour and call Carlos when you need anything pool related!

If there’s an issue with any equipment they will walk you through the fix in store or come out right away and diagnose the problem and resolution on site - every time. Very dependable, honest and fair priced.

Very helpful, friendly and courteous. My hot tub froze over winter and they helped me find all the piping and sensors I needed to replace. They didn’t try to oversell and they were genuinely interested and engaged in determining exactly what needed repair. Their prices are also competitive.
