Terrible service from start to finish.Dr Jafarian has the worst bedside manner, very rude and doesn’t listen. Her method of treatment is “trial and error” and will only offer new prescriptions. I usually don’t make google reviews but this has to do with my child. Refused blood work and skin biopsy during our visit because ‘she’s the dermatologist and knows what she’s doing’. She didn’t want my child to ‘miss out on swimming or sports waiting for a stitch to heal’. Well he missed out on everything anyway because the prescription was acid based and caused a chemical burn type reaction. They were raw, cracked and bleeding. Dr Jafarians response? Let’s try a new prescription. Absolutely not. She was not interested in finding the cause of the problem.. that’s just being lazy. After sending an angry email with updates she offered to send us to a different derm at the same clinic with an internal referral to get a second opinion.. really it would be a first opinion because she did nothing the first time. Still no response or appointment. She didn’t even have the courtesy to contact me herself after the chemical burn and made her assistant call me. Total cop out.The clinic doesn’t answer their phones. You will wait on hold and waste your time trying to speak to someone. They don’t even call you back in a timely manner. Front end staff were just as rude when asked to fax a prescription to our pharmacy. They’ll tell you they’ll fax it but won’t. Make sure you leave with paper copies and make sure they’re correct. They’ll take days to rectify this issue.I could go on. Avoid this place. A phone call with an apology for lack of care or concern would be great but I’m not holding my breath.

Dr. Prajapati and the Skin Health and Wellness staff were great to work with. After a skin examination, Dr. Prajapati recommended products to help my skin issues. Everyone was very educational throughout the process, going through each product that was recommended in detail and answering all my questions along the way.

Great clinic. My dad was referred to the Skin Health & Wellness Centre for an unknown skin condition that just appeared. The staff were very polite and kind. The dermatologist was very thorough in their explanation of his condition and discussed various treatment options that have since cleared his skin. Thank you to the wonderful team at Skin Health & Wellness Centre.

Dr Devani has provided excellent care. Staff are friendly. I have always easily found parking in the underground lot. There is a charge for underground parking but the rate of $6 for any length is reasonable compared to other parking lots in Calgary.

Dr Dr. Danya Traboulsi is a wonderfull dr. She is very professional, caring and supportive. The staff is very friendly. I have to be honest, booking is awful, and take long time to process the referral from my family dr and get the appoiment. (No stars for that) all the stars are for Dr traboulsi and the staff.

Dr. Sander is the sweetest lady ever! Everyone I encountered in this office is so friendly. I had a full skin examination and they were quick and precise. I tell everyone I know to go get their moles or anything on their skin that they are concerned about that may become cancerous. They remove them in one visit then contact you a year later to do a full follow up. I thought I had pimples on my face that wouldn’t go away they ended up being a cyst and oil glands. I had no clue they removed them on the spot and zero scarring. I had no idea. Thank you!

My mom had been referred here with an agonizing skin condition that our doctor can’t figure out - she has been suffering for a couple months. After not hearing from the office for a few weeks she called to inquire and was treated very rudely by the office/receptionist and told they couldn’t find her referral as they receive hundreds weekly. Later she was told she did get an appointment two months later and should feel extremely lucky. It made me feel very sad re the poor “bedside manner” and lack of empathy my mom was shown considering what she is experiencing. A listening ear and a kind voice makes all the difference.

I highly recommend Dr. Devani and the Skin Health and Wellness Centre. From my arrival, I was impressed by the Centre's modern building and convenient indoor parking. The check-in process was seamless, and I was seen promptly by Dr. Devani himself.I most appreciated Dr. Devani's meticulous attention to detail. His expertise and accurate diagnosis of common skin cancer were commendable, and his immediate treatment was impressive. I felt at ease throughout the process, knowing that I was in capable hands.What truly set him apart was his genuine concern for my well-being. He took the time to listen to my concerns carefully and answered all of my questions with the utmost patience and care, and I never once felt rushed. He explained the treatment plan in a way that was both clear and concise and ensured that I understood all of the details before proceeding. Once the treatment was complete after my second visit, I received regular follow-ups from his team.Overall, my experience with Dr. Devani and his team at the Skin Health and Wellness Centre was 5-star. The exceptional medical care made the drive from Edmonton to Calgary worthwhile. I would confidently recommend Dr. Devani to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate dermatologist.

Have been seeing Dr. Potok and her assistants for 2 years. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient each visit. Appointments are made well in advance and they keep to their schedule. Have never waited more than 5 min or so to get in. This time the assistant was Gabby. She got me into the room, gave clear instructions and was excellent at pre-treatment prep. Very grateful to have Dr. Potok for my Dermatology care.My visits have been nothing but positive.Thank you!
