Liam is a very professional and thorough sales man. His attention to detail assisted in him identify the make and model that best met my needs.

I went in for a B1 service and ended up with a B1, 7 and 9. Please be aware that the service codes and what is involved with them is VERY different between the USA and Canada. There is no 9 in the USA and it is twice as expensive in Canada for what they do. Also they do not take money off for work that is not needed like tire rotation and windshield wipers if not needed. You are still charged. They get a 3 because they were polite and I got a ride to and from and they did the work. Did not figure out all the differences until after the work was done and I was charged and couldn't understand how it could be so much more.

Thank you Honda Nanaimo for the fast and friendly service. I've been stuck on the island due to the long weekend (not a bad thing!!) and you fit me in so quickly. Found the problem and got me back on the road. I truly appreciate everything you have done. The shuttling back and forth and the tourist information provided by the driver was great! Thanks again to the Service departments Todd Taylor for the patience in explaining the problems. Super Awesome Team!
