Been coming here for a little over two years now for tire swaps , absolutely wonderful service.They are frequently able to squeeze you in short notice (had me in two days before a huge snow storm) and again today fairly short notice. Very accommodating.Also a locally owned family business , been open longer than 60 years. They are awesome here !!

The Kal Tire Wellington team were incredibly kind and efficient and quite possibly saved my life. I had had the winter tires on my son’s car changed by a different chain in Toronto, and the car seemed very loud and unsteady when I was on the highway to Wellington. By the time I got there one tire was almost completely loose. The team tightened everything and almost sent me on my way but then decided they should really remove and clean all the tires and tighten them again to be absolutely safe. When I came back to pick it up they refused to let me pay, saying it was just a matter of conscience and safety. Such kindness and generosity seems remarkable in our world. Thank you Kal Tire team!

Great place to go for local tire service. They fixed the problem at the lowest price possible, and quickly too. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service!

If I could give a zero star or negative star rating I would. I took my car down to have a set of aftermarket rims put on my car . When they balanced the tires they ground a lot of the finish off the rims to apply wheel weights to balance the. They ground off the finish to the point they look horrible. When I questioned them they got mad amd saidbwhat do u expect on used rims. I ended up getting my install and balance fee back but my rims now look like they came from a scrap pile. Never have I had any finish ground off when I had used rims put on a vehicle any time in the past. Customer service is horrible and they literally told me not to come back after I complained and asked for my money back. Afrer this experience I would not be going back anyways. I will not recommend this shop to anyone I will never be back again. They should replace or have my rims powdercoated for me to make them back to the condition they were before they ground the powder coat off them. I paid $300 for these rims that now look like they worth $40

Wellington location. Fantastic & fast service, great tire brands (4 Sailun S637 for my 5th wheel), good pricing and great people. High recommended.

I appreciated the service but the bill for a simple tire repair was veryover priced. Two separate vehicles came to do the repair whenonly one was required. They charged me $2.05 a kilometer to come to do the service plus all the other charges. Total charge was 312.50 plus tax. Slip # 68016

They are excellent.Vanduyzen and Canadian Tire couldn't help but one call to Kal Tire and off we went.Won't deal with other companies again or recommend them.

Way overpriced! Stored my summer tires ( on rims ) there and paid $72 in the fall. When I got them reinstalled a few days ago they charged me another $56.60 for the install and wanted another $70 to store the tires for the summer! What a rip off! I ended up going to the Honda dealer in Belleville where they charge $70 twice a year but includes the storage and tire swap.On a side note Kal Tire boosted my car once in the winter. They wanted to charge me $120 even though I’m only two blocks from their shop. I refused and gave them $60 which was still outrageous. I’ll never go back. Bunch of crooks there! Stay away!
