My son has been attending for 4+ years and loves it. Arashi Do is a very well run organization with excellent instruction and facilities. Evaluation is honest and they have genuine expectations of the students performance prior to promotion. My son has learned a great deal of discipline and respect in the program that has transferred into other aspects of his life. Weekend tournaments are well planned and taken quite seriously by the students. This would be one of the most reputable places in Calgary for karate instruction.

Great environment for kids - have had my son in class for 3 years starting at 5 years old. He's been breaking boards, sparring and learning to control his growing boys strength. My son met his best friend in class! I recently joined too and enjoying every class plus I'm losing weight! It's hard and fun. It's a very accepting environment, where everyone learns at different paces, and the Sensei's are always patient to teach. Many tournaments each year help to test your skills against other kids and adults.

We have been really happy with Arashi Do, Rutland Park. It's a Great school for our child to learn how to protect, discipline himself and be respectful to others. The instructors are excellent and patient. The children learn valuable skills while having fun at the same time and is also fun for the parents to watch. We are looking forward to watching our son grow with Arashi Do for many years to come.Lisa & Peter
