Roberts Dental & Facial Rejuvenation

I have been a patient of both doctors for many years, their office has always been very professional and welcoming. Both doctors continually strive for excellence in their field, teaching other dentists and also keeping up on the newest technology. I love the attention to detail and commitment to aim for the best results of the treatment. Roberts Dental will try their hardest to accommodate a dental emergency, which gives me peace of mind. The office is in a good location with lots of parking and easy access. I would highly recommend Dr Jan and Dr Warren.

Dr. Jan and the staff at Roberts Dental are amazing. Dr. Jan and her team go above and beyond to make each experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I appreciate the professionalism and the experience and knowledge provided with each visit. I recently had four fillings replaced and was extremely anxious for the appointment however Roberts Dental provided the option for Nucalm which is music listened by headphones and assists in easing tension and promotes relaxing. I found it very effective and helped me relax and ease my anxiety for the procedure. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend if you have sensitive teeth, or major restorations.I chose Dr Jan Roberts based on Google generic reviews and her robust photo portfolio of real people's teeth.I have soft enamel on my teeth, which at this point of my life is worn off to the limits requiring a full restoration.What a disappointment I stumbled upon dealing with Dr Jan; I have never had so much dental pain in my life. The temporary crowns were not sealed properly; brushing and mouth washing liquid caused an excruciating pain. Called the office while waiting for permanent crowns, had to ask for an extra appointment to have the gaps sealed, hence decided to limit the amount of restoration to the already 5 abraded teeth, just to find out how the actual crowns felt.When I came back to get my permanent crowns on, my concern regarding absence of glazing on the crowns was dismissed, the concern that the crowns were shorter than the projected size was ignored. In fact, Dr Roberts insisted that the crowns should be cemented on right away, to end my misery. During the procedure she generously slathered an etching acid on, which caused a chemical burn to my teeth, gums and the back of my mouth. I could not use the restored" teeth for the next 3 months at all

I had some dental work that needed to be done for a long time but I kept putting it off due to having bad anxiety. Finally I decided to look for a dentist that I was comfortable with and ended up finding Robert's dental. After emailing and talking to them a few times, I set up an appointment and they were awesome! They saw me straight away and went out of their way to reduce any anxiety or stress I was feeling. I've had 4 appointments now and couldn't be happier with the results. Both Dr Jan and Dr Warren did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone feeling anxious about going to the dentist.

I never enjoyed going to the dentist until I went and saw Dr.Jan . I'm a retired hockey player and Dr.Jan replaced a bridge on my front teeth. The entire procedure was a great experience and the end results look fantastic! I go there regularly for my checkups and cleanings and it is a very comfortable office. My appointments are always on time and I feel at ease while I'm there. Their office has gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule as I work out of town. If you're looking for a quality dentist who does great work and that you can trust, go see Dr.Jan and her team .

Dr. Roberts and team continue to be a fantastic option for a dentist. Complete confidence in Dr. Jan and trust that she will always do what's best for me. I will miss my old hygienist who retired but her new replacement was great. As much as I don't love to go to the dentist, they always make it as painless as it can be. They also are very strict about Covid and have lots of safeguards in place...

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Jan Roberts office. All the staff there are great and very professional. Dr. Roberts did an incredible job making me feel as comfortable as possible through out my whole apt. I usually have anxiety for days before going to the dentist and Dr. Roberts has changed that for me. I have seen her 3 times and I have complete trust in her work. I would definitely recommend her!

I have been trying to reach Dr Warren for a year now in regards to my last treatment that didn't go well. I just want a simple discussion to find a resolution. I have left multiple messages and have even reached the receptionist a few times. She said she will pass my message along to Dr Warren. I have not heard back from him. I would not recommend this clinic.
