Messaged if she could do the cake, for July 2nd, on May 31st. She cancelled the day before I was meant to pick the cake up (July 1st) she had a family emergency come up in another province, I was completely understanding and told her to worry about that and when she got back hit me up to make the cake.I had messaged her on August 3rd to reschedule. She had availability at the end of the month, I didnt get back to her.To me, she should have messaged back as the 25th came closer to see if I still wanted the cake. Nothing.This was meant to be a dream cake of mine, and it's now September 6th and I am just so upset that I had to cancel the order. She truly ruined my birthday, and didn't care enough to tell me when she could make it.Just a very displeased customer and will NEVER do business with her again. FOREVER will not recommend.
