I ordered thousands of dollars of furniture and after a few months of use in the library, the legs started breaking. I was sent replacement legs, but that did not address the issue. The legs snapped off and the replacement legs couldn't be put in the original place. Also the furniture is supposed to go together with clasps on the bottom - these are incredibly inaccessable. I have contacted my sales rep, and no response for over a month.
