Soaptime Laundromat

Great experience, I accidentally left a sock in a machine and they put it in my basket! Clothes were actually dry after a reasonable time in the dryers too.

What great service I had today at this laundry mat! My own washing machine is waiting repairs and had an enormous amount of loads of wash. From the time I arrived till the time I left Soaptime I was treated like royalty. The person who was attending shop (not sure if he is the owner or not) helped me load and feed the machines, held the door open for me and provided me with change when some of my coins weren't working. The facility was clean and the variety of machine sizes worked well for the loads I had to do (lots!). Parking was not a problem. I found the rates to be very competitive and reasonable. Today restored my faith in humanity. Yes I had a brace on my hand because of a fractured wrist. Yes I might have looked like I was struggling a bit. However that happens for a simple grocery run and no one has ever bent over to help me like this gentleman did. A definite recommend and I would definitely go back and support that business again:)

The old guy that works there is arrogant and they gatekeep the parking outside of their establishment with an iron fist, will verbally change their working business hours (despite the signage) on a whim to suit their parking rules in the public parking lot.I wish them all the best in their business venture.

Came here for the first time using a laundromat and I am not disappointed! The place was clean with plenty of washers and dryers at a good price for the amount of laundry we had! Never left our clothes wet after the cycle which was nice for a change. We will definitely come back! + the owners were there on site, if there was an issue they would solve it and they cleaned the machines after we used it. Thank you!

It's the cleanest and best value for your dollar to do laundry plus the washers and dryers make your clothes feel and look like you just bought them its the only laundry store I go to and tell all my friends the same and they have all agreed after going there so if doubt what I'm saying then check it out yourself

So far cleanest coin laundromat, I’ve been to.They have older and newer machines and there maintenances are up to dates.

Found this place on a Google search, liked the good reviews. Nice owners, took my laundry no problem even at 11am on a Sunday. Quoted me 3 hours but it was done in 2. Huge laundry basket of clothes, bedding, and kitchen cloths all washed, dried and folded for $20. They text you when it's ready for pick up. Great place that I will use again if needed!

Owners are friendly and helpful. I like the large machines and fast wash times. Lots of machines too, I have never had to wait for one to be available. Place is kept tidy. Has always had lots of parking when I've been. Is my go to laundromat when I stay in Edmonton.

Showed up at 558pm into the parking lot to go to Zen. Saw that the place closed at 6pm on the paper sign, so parked in front (also confirming on Google that their business hours showed them closing in 2minutes). Last load listed at 430pm. So ultimately parked there because the business would be closed. Male employee immediately started yelling at us from the door about parking there, and I tried to explain how we had noticed they were closing. Both the male and female were motioning angrily towards us about how they clearly" weren't closed yet. I can understand there being frustration with lack of parking
