Lost my wallet for the third time in my life on the TTC last week . All three times it was found and returned to me. Thank you very much you wonderful ppl. They even contact you by mail if you haven’t inquired with whatever info they have on your ID .Thanks again !!

5 star because someone brought my wallet back and all the money was in it. Office is a tight squeeze but centrally located so can't complain. Staff very very friendly a professional.

I forgot my phone in TTC on my way to etibicoke and my phone was kept safe with honest staff and It was quite and easy to go and collect .. thanks to TTC for the great service and honest hardworking staff ..

This place is the saviour, I collected my lost wallet from this lost and found pickup point. The service is super quick and easy for the passengers as everything is organized from the TTC’s end. The staff is friendly and helpful, just make sure you carry a piece of ID.

a bit over a year ago I left my laptop bag on the subway with my wallet and all my cash bank cards and ID, checked here 3 days later and they had it. total life saver.
