Aerus Electrolux

Really had a good experience with Aerus. I had my hoover vac hose fixed for $100. Much cheaper than getting a new vacuum. Hoover doesn't sell certain parts.

Very bad experience with the person, he told me to leave my hoover carpet cleaner to check. He called me in the evening saying that it will cost from $35 to $65 and assured that he will be able to fix. Next day at around 4 pm ,he called me and told that, the parts are not available, he can fix in $180.00, ( how can he fix if the parts not available???) I told him to send the pictures, the pictures don't show any moisture or damag of the motor of the vacuum.He told me that I have to pay $35.00 anyway for his time to check. I think he just wanted me to leave my carpet cleaner and repair later and sell it for more or wanted to get $180.00. Please do not go to this place!!!!

The job was awesome but it's super pricey to repair a 15-year old vacuum cleaner. We initially went there to have the hose and filter replaced and he said it would be around $100 to $150cad, and so we agreed. When we were about to get the vacuum, it went up to $250 to $285cad! It's simply not worthit. We could have just bought a new one.

Called Abdul up, and he said bring it in. Now I've saved over $100 and my old hose works brand new! Come here for genuine service!

I went to the store and spoke to Abdul Waheed about my Dyson DC26 canister vacuum. There was no suction and the brushes did not move. He said that he would check it over to see what the problem was. It turned out that the brushes no longer spun. He kept it for a relatively short time, replaced the brushes and cleaned the entire vacuum so that it looks like new! Abdul went over my vacuum and told me how to clean all parts properly. I recommend this business if you want it done right!

Really bad business guy doesn't know about anything about electric devicesHe ask $35 for diagnostic, i paid and after 1 day he ask 300$ to fix my vacuum. I refused to fix it. When I pick even he didn't open vacuum. He is crock don't go there he do same thing with every customer. At the endEvery one paid $35 and leave vacuum too and his shop is dull of old vacuums

I brought in my Dyson dc34 for repair and the shop owner was kind and informative. He kept me up to date on the ordering of parts needed, progress of its repair, and provided a fair price. It is a good place to get your vacuum needs serviced.

I was looking for a vacuum attachment to clean the stairs. I walked into a very messy store, the person that run the place seem to know where everything was. The man started to look for the part, 20 min later, he found a Bissell part, I asked how much he said $50. I really needed the part. I paid and left, knowing I hab been ripped off. Days latter, I went on line to check Amazon, just to see if I could find a similar part, they have packages with five pieces for $27 dollars.

paid almost 600$ to repair two vacuums, after looking up the parts that were repaired it seems we were charge 500$ in labor. will definitely be buying a new vacuum the next time one of these machines breaks down.

fast, reliable service close to home. it was a much better option for me to repair a good vacuum then to waste it and get a new one. i found Abdul to be friendly, polite and knowledgeable. don't throw out your vacuum, just get it fixed!
