I purchased an elliptical from Fitness Experience (Pembina). Gary was our salesperson. He is super knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to help and ensure you understand what you are buying.This will be my go-to for all our fitness equipment needs, ongoing. Bought a 5-50 lb commercial dumbell set from these guys and not only was i happy with the product but their CUSTOMER SERVICE was second to none. Gary the Manager did everything possible to ensure i was happy with my order! In todays world you don't find this kind of service too often as most places don't seem to care. Just purchased a functional trainer, bench, mats, etc form Fitness Experience and the purchasing experience was great! The prices were the best in Winnipeg and Gary was amazing to deal with - thank you Gary! Pick up experience was also great! Pick up at the warehouse was seamless and the team there was extremely professional and polite. A huge shout out to Gil and Louis at the King Edward location for going above and beyond! These two gentlemen not only helped me secure all the equipment but they also helped me fix a flat tire in -45 degree weather. THANK YOU! I arrived home and an hour later I received a follow up call from Gary to make sure the pick up went well - super impressed with the customer service and the way each of the Fitness Experience team members went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Purchased a Body-Solid all-in-one unit from Pembina location. Gary sales staff at location was very friendly and helpful. Delivery and on-site setup by Service Tech - Travis was possibly the best experience from a service tech across any industry. He was very considerate of both my partner and I working from home - heads up when things would be noisy with hammer drill etc.. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the unit and accessories and questions I had. A+++ all around Fitness Experience. Would def recommend!

Excellent experience all around! Bought a Horizon treadmill a week and a half ago and got it delivered today. Garry, at the Pembina location, was knowledgable and accommodating. He provided excellent customer service. The delivery staff today also deserve a shout out. They were polite, knowledgable, efficient, tidy…. I honestly can’t say enough good things. And finally- the product. I couldn’t wait to try out my new treadmill… and I absolutely love it. Would highly recommend Fitness Experience.
