Mutts did a great job on my doggo Rafa! His first time and he looks like a new boy & they put a nice bandana on him. Before and after shots!Update: However my second visit he looked great as the first but i was disappointed with being charged almost triple the initial price without being warned due to knots on his ears that we were aware of. We paid it happily and tipped them.Hope they fix how they address extra charges because it was a big surprise for us, we didnt get a warning upon arriving it would triple the cost of service & we were too shy to chat about it after since it was so busy but its been on our mind and were afraid to return since.Thanks for the good work otherwise.

Best grooming services in Ottawa. We tried out different grooming services in Ottawa but this was the best. Our dog April was heavily matter after a month of Vacation. Heather our groomer took personal care of April and was well groomed.Found our groomer❤️ thank you Heather!

They always take such good care of my shorkie (shih tzu/yorkie), Charlie. His cut is phenomenal every time, and you can go in for walk-in nail trimmings. I am so happy I found them!

First time taking my pups to the groomers. They’re Norwegian Elkhounds and needed to be defloofed with the summer heat and their winter coats still shedding. They had a fantastic experience. The staff was phenomenal. We will be back.

Completely Mutts Grooming is a fun and professional grooming business with warm and welcoming employees. The owner is just the salt-of-the-earth kind of person; honest, professional, and trustworthy. The customers (pets) are treated like family (like their own pets). Prices are also very fair.UPDATE:A new entrance area has been installed which allows nervous dogs/owners space and a quiet environment to communicate with staff. A very nice touch. Well done.OLD REVIEW:My only complaint (although it's hardly a complaint) would be that the atmosphere is quite hectic, loud, and full of dogs. If your pup is anxious in large group of dogs, I would suggest calling for their quietest times. Sometimes it can also be hard to communicate your requests over all the noisy blow dryers, but it's also something that can hardly be helped since it is a grooming business.

So happy with my pups first grooming here! The groomers really took the time to introduce my dog to all the equipment and explain her behaviours to me and how to make her more comfortable with regular grooming. They also took the time to show me how to properly brush and care for my pup to prevent more mats from forming. I’ll definitely be bringing her back in the future

Absolutely amazing ! My two dogs have never been to any other groomer. As puppies nail cutting was horrible for everyone involved until I was referred to Deb. She has a way with dogs that I have never seen, they literally stuck out there paws. Both my pups are excited to go each time for the full treatment. Professional, staff, polite, timely and happy dogs every time ! I highly recommend.

We've been bringing our Australian Labradoodle here for six years. The staff is friendly and very capable. They keep notes on how you like the hair cut done, and are responsive if you want something done differently.

Took our 15 m/o shih tzu (Murphy) here for bath and full body grooming. We were amazed to see the dog friendly environment, dogs were taken care of with so much love and the place was so clean and smelled great. We were unable to take him for grooming for few months and he got matted in some areas mainly behind the ears and his tail. He doesn't like getting groomed much but the lady who groomed him (sadly I forgot to ask her name) did such a wonderful job. Overall experience at this place was great!
