Did great work for a great price, but the presence of 'The Philadelphia Trumpet' magazines in the waiting room made me uncomfortable. Perhaps the owners don't know about the bigoted content in these magazines, but I probably won't be back until I get some confirmation that these magazines are no longer present in the establishment. Everyone has their own point of views, of course, but the views in this magazine are the kind that make myself and my family feel unwelcome and unsafe.

Greg should be one and THE ONLY ONE, running the front of the shop. He delivers short, sweet, and direct information to our ears. He is clear, informative and socially open. This is the formula! He certainly demonstrates and out performs his co-workers by MILES. Communicating with any other front of shop staff is a risk not even YOUR insurance can compensate! The technicians are largely skilled and that is because they are compensating for the shorter end of the stick in the store front. Horrendously lacking in administrative organization skills, customer care, and conflict management. In all truths, the technicians are barely compensating enough though. I see many positives, in a receptionist that is literate and competent with their conflict management and customer care skills. They are the first line of defense so creating a safe space and line of commucation where us customers are 100% involved with every step of the way is crucial. This can simply be accomplished with competent customer care. Another formula! Conclusion is, if you give them your business, ONLY deal with GREG.

Amazing service and great people. I had a water leak in the roof of my truck and Aurora Automotive was able to take me in on the same day that I called them, and the truck was fixed and ready for pickup the next day. Aurora Automotive diagnosed where the leak was coming from, and permanently fixed the problem by changing my third brake light with a new light from Ford. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Aurora Automotive, and not to mention their services are priced quite competitively. If you need something to be fixed on your vehicle or just a routine service, Aurora Automotive is the go-to shop.

Incredible, outstanding service. Went for a Provincial Vehicle Inspection and they explained everything, they were very thorough, professional, accommodating, friendly and so much cheaper than anywhere else (about half of what Honda would've charged me for the same thing). I'm impressed and will definitely come back here. Thank you!

Worst place to go to! They'll end giving you a overprice estimate and when you go to Cancel it they'll charge you 300$ wow, Bad shop!
