just went here last weekend with my best friend and I saw they had the second billie eilish perfume that I wanted. I didn't know what that one smelled like, and the sample bottle had sadly been stolen, so Chloe one of the makeup girls was super helpful and told me what it smelled like and exactly what to expect. her coworker was wearing it and I could tell i would love it. when i got home later that day, I smelled it and it was amazing and she even recommended I combine both perfumes her first and this one and what a great idea I now do it everytime

As a shoppers employee, I went to look at cologne's with my boyfriend and his brother. I shop at this location all the time, this time in the fragrance section we were swarmed with all employees while finding a fragrance. The employees were no help and just wanted to watch and make us feel uncomfortable. We found our fragrance and went to check out at the self check out as I wasnt planning on giving commission to useless workers who just stand there. I was then chased by an old woman while on my way to check out. I was told I couldnt check out at self checkout and informed me a shoppers employee! that i couldnt do that. I told her I was not giving the sale to workers who tried to make me uncomfortable. I told her to follow me and watch me pay for it if she was so concerned. She was rude and disrespectful, I refused to purchase from them and took my business to my own store.

Me and my friend went here today, just found out my favourite candy is available in giant bags, and a nice lady named Renee helped me she was so nice!

The customer service sucks there, the beauty representative saw you were looking for help but pretended she didn’t see anything and walked away. Two sales clerks surrounding a customer with a lot of attention, ignored you just because your skin colour. They forced you to keep the mask on while as ignore others didn’t do so. Woke up, it’s 2022. Showing off your racism DOES NOT make your place a more elegant one.

Been on hold for the pharmacy to book a Covid booster for 35 minutes!!!!! Transferred twice and still back to the music. Told to book on line and told them I am a senior with no access to book online. Put on hold again and back to the music. Finally hung up. The worst pharmacy customer service EVER!!!!

I pass literally dozens of other shoppers drug mart locations and makeup stores to go here for cosmetics. Their beauty bar staff are all so lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. None of that stuck up attitude you tend to get at other place

Saturday June 25, 2023 had to get over the counter medication for my husband who recently had a total knee replacement. Got a consultation from a female Pharmacist and her expert advice cured his aliment. A million Thank You's Ms Pharmacist for your advice that saved us from a potential trip back to the hospital. You gave us a great education on the types of medications available for his aliment and what they all do. It paid off and we grateful for all of your help.

You're typical Shopper's Drug Mart, but this one's attached to a Mall in London, Ontario.It carries all items other Shopper's carry BUT this location has an extended cosmetics department. It's terrific! It's massive! You can find many makeup and skincare lines you won't find in the smaller Shopper's stores.Customer service there is great.The checkout area is well staffed (usually 2) and they recently opened several self checkout stations.Your President's Choice card is welcome and they remind you about your Optimum Rewards card.All in all a great location to shop.

Walked in with my boyfriend and best friend and immediately got the nastiest looks from two of the employees. We were smelling cologne and overheard these said employees saying to keep an eye on us, as if we were stealing. Just because we are 18/19 does not mean we are in there to steal. we got singled out and when we pointed it out to the employee, all we got was the most attitude ever. ridiculous. where i work if someone gets singled out for stealing it’s because they appear suspicious. we were smelling cologne.

It's a decent location given that it's inside the mall. But, for some reason6, even though it's accessible directly from outside, it's bound by the hours of the mall, hence, it's hours are quite limited compared to other SDM locations.Otherwise, it's a good store offering most of what any other location would, with the exception of food. There's some snacks and beverages, But not as many grocery items as you'd find in other locations.
