Sofiya and Melanie are the best! I first used them back in February of 2021 for newborn photos and again for newborn photos with my second back in November 2022 plus all the other family photo shoots and milestones in between.I have never been one to like taking photos but Sofiya and Melanie make you feel so comfortable. My one year old also struggles at the beginning of the shoot but they always manage to get him into taking the photos and even if he does cry or is shy, the photos always come out perfect.If you want amazing photos that you will treasure for years, choose Sofiya and Melanie. You won’t regret it!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy we are to have chosen Lil One Photography to capture our newborn twins. I spent a month researching the best photographer to go to and I can say without and doubt that Sofiya knows exactly what she's doing! I also wanted to pick someone who had a lot of experience with twins and she was the full package. The work she does is incomparable. She is patient and passionate and you can see that in the 6 hour long photoshoot we had. The pictures she produced afterwards were stellar. Her artistic eye is extremely helpful in capturing the right pictures and to give advice when you ask for it. My biggest dilemma was narrowing down which pictures to select- that's when you know the work was great. Thank you Sofiya and Melanie for a phenomenal experience and for the memories. I first used Lil One Photography with my firstborn in February 2021 and used them again recently for my second born last month, as well as some photoshoots in between. Sofiya and Melanie are THE BEST! So professional, their response time is just short of immediate. They truly truly listen to what you want out of the photos. They create lasting memories so beautifully. We used them in 2019 for our first born and came right back without question in 2022!Now if only we could hire them for in home nannying! I wish I knew their secret to getting babies to sleep in seconds!!!!!

Speaking as someone who hates taking photos, much less participating in photoshoots, my experience with Lil One photography was amazing. My wife and I booked a newborn session with them for our first daughter. They were super professional, courteous, and accommodating. Their instructions are easy to follow. Lil’ One photography has become a family to my family. Ever since before the kids and even before getting married I stumbled upon their beautiful creations and I said to myself “one day when I have children I would love to photograph with Lil’ One”, I took a screenshot of the name and added it to me ‘Favourites’. Many years later and I was the lucky one to have both of my girls be captured by Lil’ One since birth and on for 4 years and counting. We have done beautiful newborn sessions, 1 year milestones, Christmas/Holiday shoots, Fall sessions etc. And of course we captured the everlasting memories in the ‘state of the art’ albums and prints that cover my home walls only to be kept forever and passed on from generation to generation. There is not anyone out there that would have captured the moments as beautifully through the years like Lil’ One Photography does. There is nobody I would trust the way I trust my Lil’ One family. Sofiya is truly the best! She photographed both of my girls and she exceeded my expectations each time. She knows what she’s doing in terms of handling newborns and her photos are always stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We absolutely loved our experience with lil one photography! Sofiya and Melanie are the dream team to work with from the photography session to the quality of the work. We had our newborn photography session about two weeks ago and were quick to receive them. There’s nothing more stressful than the two weeks postpartum with the lack of sleep but we were able to take a nap while Sofiya and Melanie handled everything from poopy diapers to feeding the baby throughout the entire session.We absolutely loved working with this team who made our first newborn photography session such a breeze. Sofiya is absolutely amazing at what she does and I am so happy to have found her to do our newborn photoshoot! She is seriously a baby whisperer and is able to get such amazing photos in such a calming environment. You can clearly see her expertise and true passion in all the photos she has taken.
