Friendly staff, easy to find as an out of towner but not much seating. Very small entry and place to remove shoes. We were there for a tournament so it was busy.

Light-soled shoes are required in the converted warehouse with badminton courts throughout. As someone who wears size 14 shoes, it was painful to learn the rentals only go to 13, and there was only 1 pair. Anything you need to buy is available, and there is a small weight room off to the side. Courts are close, but adequately spaced for the sport.

Pathetic and unprofessional. Happened with me twice that they denied me a court even after a confirmed reservation because they overbook. Just concerned about money especially for the pass holders. The moment you ask for booking they come up with some policy to not give you a court. Dual policies which they don’t have answers for-Few pass holders they allow to play in prime time few they don’t. Highly unprofessional. 0/5 stars.

Been going there for few weeks now. Love the place. Court is amazing and flooring is pretty soft with cushion. Light is okay. Some lights are brighter and depending on the court you might find them annoying.They have tons of rental options.Price is reasonableBooking is through email, would love if they have online booking website so we can see availability in real time and book them in advance. However they are very responsive through email(usually 15minutes) so if you book 2 days ahead you will mostly get a slot.

It’s a nice spot to play but the service is hit or miss (pun intended). Sometimes they have really friendly staff, other times not so much. There’s a lady in particular (I think it’s the owner) that gives unnecessary attitude when replying to even the most basic questions. I’ve experienced this at least a couple times so I know it’s not a one-off scenario. Seems like multiple people have felt this way about her too. You can’t be snarky with your customers if you’re going to run a business.

Wide range of Badminton equipment available at the pro-shop, includes stringing services as well. The owners, Mendy and Usha really work hard to ensure that players have best experience at Battledore. Do meet them during your next visit.

Great place to play badmintion if you play casual or even pro. The people their are very kind. The lady at the front desk is very kind as long as you show respect. Make sure to bring Gum shoes and your own racquets if you ever plan on coming here. Great location and a great community. I would recommend.

When you join club . The rules are different. But after they change the rules . One lady there she is too much rood and greedy
