Shack shine was great to work with. They were quick to give an estimate and thanks to a cancellation they were quick to do the work. The staff were super friendly and professional and their work was really good! They left the surrounding areas cleaner then they found them too! Would highly recommend.

What an experience! Gutter cleaning was something I had been procrastinating for months, and finally called Shack Shine after checking the reviews on them and other companies. They made it simple, easy, and convenient. Ben took great care on the day, especially keeping us updated on timing for our appoibtment. His upbeat attitude and smile were refreshing, and he made quick work of our gutters. Stop researching, just book Shack Shine already!!!

I came to edit my review. As soon as I posted a negative response, Robin messaged me right away. He and his team are here right now throwing my lights up within less then 24 hours. I feel terrible that Shack Shine responses are going through their head office and are treating clients like me the way they have been. Just wanted to let everyone know my poor review had nothing to do with Robin and his team. They're a wonderful group of humans and always a joy! Whomever is dealing with the bookings needs a reminder that Victoria is small and word of mouth is everything. Thanks Robin for reaching out!

Thank you Shack Shine. Right from Diana to Robin to Jack and the entire team in Victoria - listened to our needs, provided advice, and got right down to it. Very responsive to my emails/calls/questions. The team showed up and were so friendly and respectful. I love their integrity and good nature and smiles! They got the job done. Unfortunately, it started to rain just as the team finished spraying the moss on the roof. Jack took immediate action to let me know that the spray may wash off and he'd ensure to let Diana/Robin know to do a follow-up spray. Diana has contacted me to inform me they will come by again on a future dryer day to spray the roof with moss killing spray again - wow, thank you and I look forward to it. Excellent customer service and leave you feeling quite confident in their services. I highly recommend Shack Shine - they know what they are doing and they care about their work and they care about their customer. (Robin did an extra job too - went above and beyond - THANK YOU!).
