Here is an owner who is definitely passionate about her job and people. While located in downtown Bowmanville, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean, well equipped and spacious the inside rooms were, which made being serviced there during rush hour, quite peaceful! Nadia's precision, focus, expediency and positive demeanor helped provide a good experience here. Thank you so much!

I had the worst experience ever while getting my lashes done here. I tried to rebook, but the owner is so awful that the lash tech ended up quitting. I highly recommend supporting another small business that values their customers and staff. Absolutely disheartened to hear how the owner treats people and staff. I will no longer support this business and wanted to let other people know as well.

I've been on the hunt for a new waxing establishment and needless to say the hunt is over! Nadia and her staff are absolutely spectacular.The environment is calming, clean and welcoming. The knowledge for aftercare after each service is really helpful as I've been waxing for 10+ years and no one has helped me get ride of my in-grown hairs. Not to mention who doesn't want a quick, almost painless Brazilian done in under 10 minutes!I would highly recommend Beauty Paramedic to everyone in need of hair removal and facials! Ihave tried for YEARS to find somehwere in Durham that offers good waxing services, tried so many places and it was frustrating and disappointing. I came in for eyebrow threading and a Brazilian wax. I was very nervous after a prior wax many years ago somewhere else… but Nadia made me super comfortable and it was the least painful/fastest Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! She’s super professional and friendly! The space was so nicely decorated and I’m so happy with my results. I will for sure be a returning customer ☺️

I will not be supporting beauty paramedic.On my way to my facial appointment I was hit in a car accident just a couple blocks from the salon. While I was pretty shaken up and was told to go to the collision centre by the police, I quickly ran into the beauty paramedics salon to let the owner know my situation and that I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment.I was told by the owner that I would be charged because someone could have taken that time slot and that I wasted her product and time.Now my circumstances were clearly not something that I was In control of and I would have obviously wanted to be at that facial appointment but I was told to go to the Collision centre and hospital as well ( I am pregnant ) to get checked out.I asked the owner if I could just make another appointment and come back another time since I was off all week instead of getting charged but she said she would still have to charge me..I left the salon already shaken up because of the accident I was in, but now shaken up because of the lack of compassion I received while there.She ended up charging me 50$ on the gift card I had on file.. I was shocked.After the treatment I received I did not want to give her establishment my business further more and asked for the remainder of my gift card I had on file back (50$). She said she can’t give the rest of the money on the gift card back but I can buy her products with the remainder.I told her I would not be supporting her business anymore and I will be writing a review about my experience to which then she threatened my husbands business ( my husbands business came up in previous conversation ) with negative review if I was to leave one on hers…I’m in shock and can’t believe how unprofessional she was with handling the whole situation.

Booked a service to have my eyebrows cleaned. As a male, and never having this service done before, I was incredibly nervous and anxious. However, Nadia and her team did an amazing job making my experience incredibly comfortable. Their professional approach is second to none. Their studio is very homey and staff very qualified.

The owner is extremely caring towards her new and existing clientele. She takes into consideration any allergies or sensitivities you may have. The store is extremely relaxing and inviting! I highly recommend this shop as she does amazing work! Can’t wait to come back soon!
