Planned Parenthood Regina

I'm confused I've tried many times to book an appointment cannot get through. And everytime I try to go to the clinic you are closed. How am I supposed to access Healthcare if you aren't open. Now I have to go out of province.

When I called the first two times I got the voicemail, understandable as sometimes it gets busy. But when the receptionist answered she was very short with her answers. I was trying to book an appointment that worked with my hours as I work full time and had asked if they booked on saturday as it doesnt interfere. (Plus the website states they can book saturdays) The more I tried to ask questions the more rude she got. I understand that people have tough days sometimes but dont take it on someone who's just trying to take charge of they're reproductive health. I decided to not book with them at this time as I did not feel welcomed at their facility. Unpleasant at the very least.

My very first time visiting as a walk in to get my PAP smear and I gotta say, it was the best experience I’ve had. The nurses were so friendly and the doctor had an amazing bedside manner. Just amazing!

The doctors and staff here are so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. They are so thorough and great at explaining things or walking you through the examination. Communication is great.The environment is very welcoming as well, very clean and colourful and filled with great information on sexual health and wellness. It's also marked as a safe space for the LGBTQ community which is always great to see.I showed up early for my appointment as requested so that I could fill out the paperwork and everything was done in a timely fashion. I'm so happy these folks exist. Thank you for all the work you do!

Scheduled a consultation/ insertion for an IUD and couldn't have been happier with the information and patient care given. Dr. Johnson was perfect! Very thorough throughout the process and the insertion went perfectly. I have absolutely no pain today and the procedure was done yesterday morning. Thank you!

My daughter phoned a month ago. To have an IUD taken out. She was told to call back may 23. She did call and was told now to call June 26. This is absolutely ridiculous. If this is the type of service you offer. Maybe you should close your doors. The reception lady and offered no other advice then go to a walk in. No option for a cancellation appointment or too even book one in the future.

Always felt very safe and understood here. I feel cared about, and treated like an individual when I come here. Everyone is so kind and knowledgable, and I love thier new location. They really helped me get on the right kind of birth control that actually worked for me, after ages of no success.

This place used to be awesome, went there for about 14 years. Now it's a nightmare to get an appointment these days. The receptionist usually isn't very friendly. After finally getting an over the phone appointment although I needed an in person appointment for my depo shot, I never even received a call from them for my appointment. This place is brutal and not as professional as they used to be. I'm finding somewhere else to go now.

I've been going to planned parenthood for birth control and advice on things and for regular checkups for 6 years and every time the ladies are so warm and welcoming and kind and they really do care about you. I feel so comfortable in that environment and never have felt judged. They've been so helpful answering whatever questions I have to put my mind at ease. And even just to talk sometimes. I love planned parenthood and recommend it to anyone and everyone for your sexual health needs.
