I used to come here all the time and I just want to say to the owners to please make some changes as I really feel like the place went downhill. I don’t mean to be mean, but it was just a really bad experience all around and this is not what I had grown to love when I lived in the neighbourhood five years ago.The place was pretty empty even during the Leafs game and our waitress took like 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. Our drinks took a while and we were about to order food and she let us know that she had to do something really quickly first which was understandable. She didn’t come back for another 15 minutes and took our food order. The food was also just not good.Our calamari was a smaller portion and the waitress did mention that it was the last order so it would be discounted. Sadly it was just very overcooked and I feel like they should just not have charged us. I ordered the chicken wrap and fries and everything was just bland. I asked for ketchup but never received it. On the plus side, I really enjoyed the 3 pizzas our table ordered.I think my experience was just plagued by really bad service and some mediocre food. I will say our waitress was super friendly and sweet, but just feel like she could have done a better job. Overall I hope the owners or management can see this and know that this is not the Bourbon I remember!

The food was absolutely stellar, caught the place right before 9 and was a bit busy, but still enjoyable. Music was on point all evening.

We ordered the calamari for an app. It was really chewy. The server did say they were out after that order and that it was smaller than the normal ones they get. She comped half of it. We got the rocket, meat lovers and pierogi pizzas. The meat lovers had great flavours but the crust underneath wasn't really cooked enough. It was white, soft and floppy. The pierogi one wasn't made, a little bland. I didn't like the rocket one. Very wet, had weird flavours that just didn't work for me. Overall, an ok place. It wasn't my pick to come here but I would likely try other pizzas again if I did.

Always a good meal, we stop every visit to Windsor. Amazing poutine, great drinks, wood fired pizza, and friendly welcoming staff happy to assist you. If it is your first time in Canada you must try the poutine, curly fries are best, then brown gravy and cheese curds with pulled pork to finish it.The pizzas are excellent cooked in a wood fired brick oven and with a great selection of toppings. The pierogi was surprising and very good, not an expected flavor combo, but it absolutely worked. The bourbon chicken was also excellent, my leftover slices were still crisp the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere was truly amazing and I found myself reluctant to leave the stunning view. The flower arrangements throughout the patio added a beautiful touch to the ambiance, and the soothing sounds of the waterfall made for a relaxing background while enjoying my meal.The service was excellent and our server was attentive to our needs throughout the visit. My guest and I decided to share a platter of rib and wings, which turned out to be both delicious and ample enough for both of us to enjoy. It was evident that the kitchen takes pride in preparing their dishes with care and attention to detail.I highly recommend this establishment as a perfect spot to meet with friends for drinks or a meal. It's clear that the management and staff have put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming environment, and I am already planning to return before the summer ends to enjoy the patio experience once again. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Quite enjoyable. The deep fried panzerotti is the way to go, especially on a Thursday night. Boneless BBQ bites were also great.

Garbage the whole place husband calls asks what time kids are welcomed till they said 10 pm we get into there at 8:25pm they tell us we have to leave as the Manger said kids aren't welcomed now I go to leave and let then know they need to tell everyone the correct time then and they still fight me it's till 10pm till some guy says it's 830 what are the gonna order we can make it. You can't make mozzarella sticks or onion rings we can't have a appetizer or drink for those 30 minutes? Guess not so guess they just lost our service and future and I will be telling my daughters grandparents who go once a week to not go with her or give business well she is with them0 out of 5 stars garbage place
