The only business I have ever dealt with that has me sigh a legal form prior to taking my purchase from the store. The Purchase was a Cabinet Bed made in Vietnam and the Form stated that “I could not return this item to the store? Have not been back since.

We looked at a chair and made a reasonable cash offer and today the salesperson emailed with an even higher price than was quoted yesterday and a delivery charge of $129+GST. This is despite a $50 credit offered by Dodds' Victoria for any purchase over $499. Find someplace else to look for furniture.The response from Dodds' is not even close to an accurate description of events. I had made a cash offer with no delivery and the price increased in the salesperson's email. There was no credit" offer prior to the $50 offer from Dodds' Victoria. The "spin to win scam" is not a credit voucher. I am able to purchase the same chair at the same asking price online and with free shipping to my home.Find something that you like

Jaiden at Dodd's Campbell River store recently helped us with our search for end tables. Jaiden not only managed to locate the one we wanted, but also made great suggestions for an alternative end table from another Dodds location ...which we absolutely love. When we found a table set we didn't hesitate to reach out to Jaiden and she arranged this for us as well. Jaiden was warm, friendly, efficient, informative, had great suggestions. Jaiden oversaw the whole process which went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I I bought a mattress and boxspring from Dodds and after several months, the mattress was sagging so badly that I woke up with a sore back every morning. They said my warranty was void because my bedframe didn’t have proper support even though there was support under the bed… Also, the boxspring was in perfect condition with no sagging so there was no way it could have been the bedframe. I will never shop there again.

From the initial telephone call to see if the item I was looking for was in stock, through our trip to the store, everything was very good. Our sales rep was well informed, truly helpful, and the selection available was huge. The pricing was very competitive, we were not pressured in any way, we were able to arrange delivery of our new furniture and removal of our old for a truly reasonable cost, plus a five year insurance plan to cover any unforeseen problems after we took delivery!Altogether different from any other retail store that I have shopped at.Gordie Dodd, you are the man!!Thank you so much for turning a chore into a party for me!SincerelyJean Morgan

Great experience at Dodd's. Friendly sales staff without being pushy or hovering. Ordered our couch on a Saturday and it was in the store and ready for pickup by Thursday. A delivery option would be handy as they currently don't offer this service within town. Quality furniture at an affordable price (especially with the opening sale weekend!). Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Really nice staff but the two times that I have had furniture delivered they messed up. First I got the completely wrong couch, then they said they would deliver and didn't put me on the schedule so I had an empty bedroom with no furniture. The first time was forgivable because stuff happens but two times in a row I'm sad to say I will not be shopping here again.
