Go to other SDM location if you can. SDM summerland will not treat you good and ruin your experience shopping at SDM. Cashier cannot figure out how to enter 1 coupon while redeeming points and will take 30mins for little transaction and glare at you as if you ‘re the one that messed up punching in their cash register. Check all your items in your receipt before leaving the store because they might charge you for item that you never received. Prices displayed i not always how much they would charged you as well. Don’t trust them! Check your receipts and items bought.

Pharmacists are very nice ,knowledgable and helpful.there to answer all your questions comments or concerns. The store is spotless clean and easy to find what you need. Great beauty tips and makeup advise at the perfume counter not to mention samples sometimes.

My wife and i are retired and have many health problems. She needs blister packs and i have diabetes type 1. The older assistant , not a pharmacist. with the xskull tatoo on her arm wont allow me to talk and explain a problem with a perscription she cuts me off and talks over me and hung up the phone on me. when i went to the desk the next day i said there was a problem the young ^pharmacist didn`t ask me what it was or dealt with anything just said ...There are two side to every story..that was how they deal with any problem . we are at fault.

Elderly female pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. Simply asked if a medication was available over the counter for a very very sick little girl at home. Pharmacists attitude was disgusting. Shoppers...go else where.

I had an excellent experience at the pharmacy for my prescription.When I went to pay for my other purchases there were 9 peoplein line. Sadly, another clerk was not called to help until there were only3 people left in the line. My severely arthritic knees were not happy, but Ido love Shoppers Drug Mart.♡

When your Dr fax in a prescription who is in charge of deciding weather or not it should be fill. I had my Dr fax in a prescription on Oct 4/21. Went to pick it up today oct 12/21and was told that it was. Over the counter med. also they never got it ready. My question is if the Dr no longer responsible for a person medications. Or is the pharmacy choice
