OK Tire

I drive 45 min to get my oil changes, tire changes and any other car maintenance. Don speaks to me in a way that helps me understand the work without being talked down to or dismissed. Rhonda is knowledgeable and kind and Don is amazingly patient and upbeat and understanding of non-mechanic customers. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Really took good care of my truck and acted very responsibly with covid19 precautions, so they were taking care of me as well.

Was attempting to get my tires changed about a week ago, but was told by the mechanic that the brand new tires I bought from TireWarehouse were fake due to the DOT being manufactured on the month of July in the year 2023 and that it was illegal for them to install. Due to my lack of knowledge on tires I walked away, and politely thanked them for letting me know. I came to find out that my DOT (0623) actually meant that the tires were manufactured on the 6th week of 2023, and the first two digits meant the week, NOT the month. I don't know if the mechanic just wanted me to buy brand new Firestones from his shop, so he lied to me in order to get me out of his shop. But this was probably the weirdest interaction I have ever had in a tire shop.

We blew a tire on our utility trailer after hours and it was towed to the shop. Spoke with Rhonda about 8:15 Friday morning, and in the time it took us to return to the shop, they had changed over one tire & installed two tires for us. We were on the road by 10:00 am!! Very friendly, very professional, very accommodating, and very reasonably priced!! We can now continue our roadtrip to Yuma! I would highly recommend their services!! Thanks everyone at OK Tire, you saved the day!

Get my changeover the past couple years , good service.

They helped me with my 1 winter tire that was stuck, and installed my summer tire in minutes, plus they torqued my other tire bolts to double check that they were intact. Great quick service. Will definitely go back for oil and tire change this fall!
