I have never had to worry about brining my car to Richards. AJ is the man that usually helps me out and there is no mechanic that is more personable than him. He truly cares about each person and their vehicle. They ensure you get good value for your experience and are very timely with bookings and services. Would highly recommend for anyone, especially locals.

I had problems with the brakes on a 2016 KIIA Sorrento so I took it to Richard’s Automotive to have them look at the car. I went there because of all the reviews I had read so I thought, why not. I was not disappointed. After an inspection it turned out I needed pads,rotors the whole 9 yards. I got a text that evening from A.J who told me he would get me the best price. I did some shopping around and his price was about 200 dollars chesper than other garages!!! The repair was done and the brakes have never been better. I would highly recommend RICHARD’S AUTOMOTIVE to anybody for their great mechanics and outstanding customer service. I just moved to the area months ago and it’s nice to know I have found a place to take my car again and again.…….Brian Salmon

I am new in Niagara On The Lake and this shop was recommended to me by a friend who goes there often. I needed to do have an intermediate steering linkage changed in my 2006 4Runner and a look at the components as I was taking it on a long trip. Gerry did a fantastic job on the repair and did not try to upswell me on stuff. They were honest, timely and knowledgable. That explains why they been in business for 40 years.

This is an excellent auto repair shop. Richard, Gerry and Alastair are a really good team and have a high level of knowledge and ability amongst them. My 2009 VW TDI needed to have a new clutch, flywheel and master cylinder. With Alastair sourcing the parts and Gerry installing them the job went smoothly. Gerry also found a couple of other impending issues when the car was on the hoist and got those fixed as well. It is nice to have a service that you can count on so you don't end up breaking down on a road trip.
