Great experience! Mechan was our sales consultant and he was very good - took time to show us all the models and the features. We're very happy with our Heat N Glo SlimeLine - we got some upgrades that Mechan recommended and they really worked out well for us. He also did a great job explaining the the installation process so we were prepared for that.The service team was also very good. The guys who did our installation were good and their manager was in constant communication with us.After everything was done I needed an adjustment and the service manager came by that same day. Can't recommend these guys enough.Richard
