I bought a home from Coventry Homes, moved in 2 years ago to the day.When we got our home, during our possession inspection, there was a piece of damaged siding installed, holes in the bottom. It was replaced, but the small piece used stands out like a sore thumb.At our 3 month inspection, the siding was loose on the starting row. Flapping around in the wind. It was fixed.......So we thought....Just before our 1 year inspection, I called Coventry Homes, about the siding falling off my house. It was also that same starting row. It took about a week, but someone eventually came to fix it.Last week, we noticed that the corner trim doesn't look like it is installed properly. The siding popped out, and is now hanging off the side of my house.I e-mailed Curtis-West through the website provided, it says they will respond within 24 hours, this was a day and a half ago, and still no reply.I have siding hanging off my house, and the longer it waits, the more chance of more damage happening, either to the interior or exterior of my home.I have not dealt directly with this company, will likely never call them again, I will be using Top Line Builders Ltd. as they want to help.

I was sent to one of their guys by their recruiter. He ripped me off for 3000.00.It's been 3 months and I still haven't seen a cent.For the reply. I am better then anyone that worked on that job. For my work you had some caulking and painting. That can not be done at -27. I asked for photos of the repairs on my work and recieved none. Because there was nothing wrong with my install. You promised to pay me a bit of what was owed and I was willing to take a 3rd of what was owed instead of putting a lien on the building. Then you waited till I couldn't to say to bad for you now that you can't.

We had a renovation by Durabuilt Windows & doors. A new back door & attached side windows were installed. We had nothing but problems; water leaking/streaming into our undeveloped third level. They came back to caulk, but the problem continued with unanswered calls.We contacted Curtis West to see if they could locate where the problem stemmed from. They were courteous, explained where and why the water was entering our home during storms. The job was completed in a timely matter and done correctly. Pricing was excellent and they even contacted us after the following storm to see how things held up. We recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance with repairs to the exterior of your home. Fantastic job!!

I had Curtis West out to replace my fascia and eavestrough, they did an excellent job and they were very creative with the downspouts so they wouldn't be in my way. I would recommend Curtis West to anyone great job guys!
